Working at our fully equipped workshop in Kent we carry out tasks including Panel beating, Body work, Mig Welding, Sheet metal Spot Welding, Fabrication, Chassis Repairs, Sand Blasting, Engine and Mechanical repairs, Reconditioning, Restoration and Structural repairs on the Celette Jig Dozer frame machine.

We do receive quite a few questions regarding tools and equipment that we use for various jobs. Unfortunately there is too many to list but some of the brands we use include Snap-on, Blue-point, Makita, Sealey, Clark, Esab and Sykes-Pickavant.

Just recently started watching your videos and it's good to see a warts and all honest approach to buying cars from the likes of cop art. One of my old cars ended up there with a blown turbo.

This is why I sub'd to your channel, straight to the point up front honesty, no bullshit and really interesting content. Copart say it'll be worth this when done and then the insurance company will say something waaaay lower when you insure it.....a car has so many values lol, but only one counts and thats what someone is willing to pay for it!

Hi Rob - I like your way of thinking - You show great business sense and thanks for sharing it with us. The mini looks a great little car and you bought it for a good price - Also it is very handy you having your recovery truck - I know "Cars for Paul" always says how much the delivery charges are. Clay Walker delivery from copart to me is about £47 but then you don’t get charge a load fee so it works out about £33 so I could survive without the truck 👍

Another great video mate looks a nice little mini. I just won a car from copart sandtoft 2011 corsa 1.0 cat n 39968 miles with just very light front bumper and drivers wing car only passed it's mot on oct 04 paid £1,265 including fees. Keep up the good work.

Just got the Mrs a Smart FourTwo as a runaround in the UK, reckon I might give it a go with one of them when I move back. The ones we looked at,, around the £1500 to £1800 mark, didn't seem to hang around on the market for too long.
Not sure if you remember, or even knew of, the Erith Trade Centre years back, but his business model seemed to be to buy the motors from Belmont Auctions in Charlton and just stick em up for a couple of hundred quid more than he paid, without even cleaning em. We all used to get our motors from him.

That was very interesting indeed. Whilst understanding the appeal of the quick turnaround for these cars, I can't wait to see another bigger job i.e. another Ferrari or Range Rover - they were mint viewing.

Subscribed to your channel Rob. Very informative for a beginner like me. I have been looking at doing this for a while and recently picked up a Peugeot 207 1.4 2006 cat n with 10 months MOT for £280 to use as a runaround, it needed a front bumper headlight wing and wing mirror, I struck lucky finding all the parts in exact colour match for a bargain price of £65. I have definitely been bitten by the salvage bug. Now looking for another project.

Another good video Rob. You explain some of the do & don't mistakes people make with copart. As you said it's important to read all the information & look at the photos properly. Be nice to see the progres with the mini.

On auctions weather your there in person or a online auction you have to set a price in your head and stick to it..it's so easy to get caught in the excitement and go over your budget ,,great video Rob
