Guys I found it! The way she moves the ears after control R, is by pressing G or shift space bar! It moves the edge youre selecting.
Make sure youre in edit mode!
@@kamilavazquez1035Thanks!
Didn’t help
All it did was rotate
@@manglextheanimator1987 use G not R. R rotates, G moves things. Sorry it took me a while to answer
simple and to the point. ive barely started in blender and i was able to follow along with most of it. thank you!
Thank you so much for this tutorial! Helps me a lot! Thats not super fast if you know the basics.
Thanks you so much!!! ❤❤❤
Wow... and here i was trying to do it with spheres xD... these look alot better done with your method. Thanks.
But ya really should use the sculpted base ... to well do the retopology cleanly xD.
Thank you so much, this makes my life so much better
Thanks!
thabk you so much ur the best
Suggestion. Try to increase the volume on the video editor. I dont hear anything with 50% volume on the speakers with 100% on youtube.
solution turn up your volume its fine
Audio issues with speakers are normally an entirely different group of settings on your machine. Whether its PC and/or mobile can make a difference, too. I just tweaked the settings on my laptop speakers, but you could be having a different problem.
Could you please do some tutorials on fur? Unsure on how to go on about big tufts of it :') Desperate object and weight painting tjem on the base model??? Different edge flow? I'm so confused lmao (big beginner btw)
I'll answer this in a stream today and will later make a video out of the vod~ If you are online, you can watch the stream at twitch.tv/Tariantar ♥
@@tarinatar Oh wow, cool stuff! I'll deffo watch the stream :^D
Will you ever do a full tutorial on how to make a furry model? Idk where to find any good ones 😭😭 this is about the best one I’ve found! (Ear wise-)
I personally just look up furry speed modeling and kinda go and wing it from there, I suggest gus guntherson :)
off topic but i love the way you said “ctrl r” lol
same :)
Hi, how do you curve the ears outwards like you do at 1:59? I can't figure out what tool to use lol. Thanks!
I have subdivision surface modifier and I just movethe edges. 👌 Hope that helps
Hey what are you doing at 1:45, when you start reshaping the ears? It sounds like say "sculpt" and the captions say "call", but I don't see you change your tool or anything. Did you use a shortcut?
Hi! I do say sculpt, but i use edit tool to move the edges around. Sorry for that confusion!
@@tarinatar what key you used cause i am not able to transform the ear.
@@VanshKumar-jk1ir hi. Make sure you are in edit mode. You should be able to move things whit g. docs.blender.org/manual/en/latest/scene_layout/object/editing/transform/move.html
5:52 how do i do this, i dont understand about it
1:06 for whatever reason, the mirror modifier doesn’t add a duplicate/mirrored version when i use it
Do you have the origin of the object on the center (The orange dot)? Other reason for this may be that the mirror modifier is not visible in the mode you are on.
there is no in depth on how you just added the subdivision surface modifier and instantly started molding it, that was the whole reason I was watching this video. I'm trying to do exactly what you're doing and still I don't have that orange square you see at 1:38. Is there something I'm supposed to turn on or what? I'm also very new to blender, sorry if I seem like a twat just very confused
Make sure you switch to edit mode. 👌 I add the subdivision surface modifier in object mode, and edit the shape in edit mode. You can see your mode on top left corner of the ui.
Is that helpful?
Is that helpful?
@@tarinatar I actually just figured that out I'm so sorry 😭
I don't understand... how do you move vertices and edges without messing everything up?
Using the solidify filter, you don't accidentally turn the ear inside out. Makes the vertices easier to handle.
I think what you are looking for is this. Add solidify filter, but don't "apply" it. The object is still a plan although it look like a 3D object. You can add loop cut or move the plane vertices without messing the overall shape. Once you apply the solidify modifier, you will not be able to move the shape easily.
cool tutorial but please bump up that audio
Starting from 4:17 how do you change the ears shape like that?
@@Salvatoredesu i just move the edges around. It's bit dificult to see, but the grid is more visible, when I rotate the view. I use the shortcut G to just move things around.
@@tarinatar ah ok thank you a lot💕 I missed the shortcut thing
we got all these people talking about making furry or neko stuff. my dumbass over here is going to put them on space marines
Your audio is so quiet my headphones automatically shut off mid-video because it thought nothing was playing lol
I can’t sculpt it, it just made a weird cube
tap tap tap tap tap 😂
Me watching:
Ok ok nic- WAI WAI HOW WHERE WHAT WAI HOE
make it slower and clearer
Hi~ if I may ask, is there a specific part that you'd like to be explained in more detail? Or is it my speech that's too fast/too hard to understand?
@@tarinatar Great video! I think the voiceover got a bit quiet at times which made it harder to understand, I think that having some form of keyboard overlay would help out with this immediately. Hope that helps! Thanks
