I have minor sinkynises when I blink my my upper lip corner moved when I chew my lower eyelid moved ... Mam tell me how to reduce which exercise is good for me i had bells palsy in 2004

This video is great. However, I have a hard time isolating my facial muscles. I've been to therapy and they do not seem to be as educated as you are. I find myself getting pretty frustrated. I find that my unaffected side is over worked and my affected side is over stretched. I am tired of struggling with it. It's been over 15 years since I was diagnosed with bell's palsy. I no longer have it, nor have I had a flare up since. I just that the involuntary movement, tightness, and pain/ tenderness in my affected side radiating down my neck to my chest.
You have said everything I feel five months in and my therapist no nothing now he wants to give me shock therapy and I’m pretty afraid that it might do more damage ...how have your recovery been

Ni penyakit sbnrnya ga berguna buat ke dokter saraf , asal uda tau aja obat nya.. soalnya dokter pun ga tau sama sekali buat mengatasi penyakit ini.. bahkan ada yg bs sembuh sendiri.. tp permasalahan sendiri bukan di bell palsy nya tp pada judul tulisan yg depannya huruf S itu betapa mengerikan dan tdk dpt di sembuhkan .. ni ibu2 india jg cmn nyari view aja ga jelas therapy yg d berikan .. mngkn memang sebagian sembuh tp bkn karena video therapynya.. krn therapy itu malah berujung ke S itu... Kalo bisa selalu tolak kalo dokter minta therapuly listrik dll , makin parah

@@tinista_sedakardas2538 I still have the synkinesis and some facial movement is still gone.....couldnt fix it ...botox supposedly help but Im kinda scared to try it because my resting face looks normal and In afraid botox could mess that up . How long have you had it?
Mam my husband got bells palsy 5 wks before on right he recovered all the facial movements on right side but he has oral ocular synkinesis on left side when he makes big smile his left side corner of mouth moves bigger and he speaks more his left deviates up more and setimes eye closure happens what are exs can be done for this

we are the same.. i have bells palsy for 4months now.. im breastfeeding my baby thats why i cant take Prednisone..how about you?
