Hey! I am not sure about places in Germany that sell it. I can give you some websites that I use and they could probably ship it to you. I have had good luck with www.1aauto.com and www.rockauto.com
Just make sure you get the same kind of mirror that's on your car now. Some cars have blind spot monortering, auto dimming, and a memory function. If you don't get the same kind as your car then some features won't work.
