The Atem Power 200W solar panel blanket is versatile for off grid adventures. This is due to its compact frame when folded. It also has an MPPT charge controller used for charging several types of batteries.
I used it to charge my 12V 24Ah LiFePO4 battery when testing it out.
    -
I am most impressed by how large it unfolds. I've never owned or tested a panel with so many folding cells before. This is also an extremely versatile system because it can charge batteries as well as portable power stations.
    -
In poor sunlight, I was able to pump about 50W of power into one of my portable power stations with ease.
    -
This panel may seem like it's too big - especially when there's other 100-120W panels out there - however, this large size allows you to recharge at a higher rate in less ideal sunlight than with a smaller panel.

Very informative video. But keep in mind that only 1 charge controller can be used. With most solar generators they have it built-in (MPPT), so you don't need that MPPT that came with the panels. I don't think you covered that. Other than that, very informative.

Looking to buy my first solar panel for my travel trailer. Going to get this same kit off Amazon. What is the purpose of a power station? Is it better to have a power station? What does the power station do

Hey. I have just brought a Ecoflow pro and a 300w Atem Power solar blanket. For the life of me I can’t get it working. What cable are you using from the panel Anderson to the Ecoflow mc4 etc. did you reverse the polarity?

The charge controller evidently is NOT designed for anything other than lead acid. So....do NOT try to use it on lithium power stations.

It says it is designed for LiPO. It could be rubbish, but that is what it says.
