So I stayed at Old Man Hut this time last year doing a walk around Lake Chalice so did the Old Man (1514m) part of the Te Araroa Trail. Interested to know do you think you could have done Slaty Hut direct to Mt Rintoul Hut in one day ? You guys are such an inspiration 🙏
