Hi babes! I followed your bariatric surgery videos and now I'm obsessed with your "makeup for offics" series. I can't wait to try the looks you did for work! Hope all is well with you ❤
For me there was a bit of a learning curve with the Victoria Beckham eyeliner because it is VERY creamy so I need to use a lighter hand with it, but now that I got the hang of it it’s one of my favourites. Good colour, wears well, no tugging - all the good things!
Thinking about you Kara. Haven't even seen you on Twitter as of late. I hope you're doing well and taking care of yourself. I do hope you return to RUclips at some point. No explanations for your absence are needed, just want to see your beautiful smile.
Love seeing you go through the rationale of what you picked out! Someday, I am going to try Victoria Beckham products! I've been using the Dr. Jart BB cream lately and the Westman Atelier Beauty Butter Matte Powder Bronzer to give my skin a bit of color.
I have a lot of Victoria Beckham makeup. It's all just so good! I have the bronzer (so good, very natural-looking); several lid lustres (my favorite is Velvet, with Mink a close second, though Mink has more fallout); 6 or 7 liners (they go on easily, smudge out well and then set, sometimes they travel smudgily to my outer corners by the end of the day but clean up easily); the classic mascara is tubing and very natural looking, kind of like wet lashes; the blush stick is nice and blends out well; the lip liner is comparable to Lisa Eldridge's but is a bit stiffer; the lip gloss is great because it's not sticky while still being a gloss (I usually really dislike gloss, but do like this one, Lisa Eldridge's, and Pat McGrath's), and the lipsticks are really nice but I have yet to find a good color for my weird undertones. My sister has gotten a couple that didn't quite work for me, and she loves them. The highlighter is my favorite of all time, with Westman Atelier a close second. It's very natural and shimmery without being harsh or glittery and Pearl doesn't have any base to it, so it's just a pretty, light-catching sheen. I usually apply with my fingers, not directly from the stick with any stick highlighter, so I don't know how much of the effect I get is from application methods. Ok, so that was a whole paragraph. And also a sign that I own probably way too much stuff...
Victoria Beckham scoop. I think the lid lustres are phenomenon. The lipticks are nice. The lip glosses are really pretty (although I hear that they do not have a long shelf life/mine seems okay). The eyeliners are pretty but I do not find that they have great longevity. Still need to try the lip liners :)!
I've never tried Victoria Beckham Beauty but Kackie Reviews Beauty, Hautemess Tom, and Hannah Louise Poston all rave about the eyeliners. I've never heard anyone say anything bad about them.
Ugh, that Covergirl foundation thingy makes me feel a certain kind of way - those balls of pigment suspended in that liquid make me nervous and anxious hahaha
That Lisa Eldridge foundation is on my mind ever since it‘s been released but I‘m confused about the shade range. I think I‘m paler than you and not as warm, but on the website the shades lighter than 6 seem extremely fair. How do you find the shade 6 on you?

I love the Guerlain meteorites, they're gorgeous. I need to use mine again!
That two faced matte pallet is a great basic warm palette… one of my faves.
Seeing it makes me want to pull mine out.
An underrated gem for sure, even the scent was unique.

I tend to go through my makeup drawers everytime I do my makeup and pick and choose based on my mood🤪

Hi! Hope you are well. It's been a while, which is totally understandable. Just wanted you to know that you are missed in this space. Be well!

Ill fitting caps on makeup actually makes me buggy. Like Square caps that after opening never line up again (looking at you ELF). lol I go mental.

Like to see how you use DM Colorfix. I have two mattes (Exposed, Nude 3) and not quite sure if I use as a base, colour, single shadow....?
I bought my DM Colorfix specifically to use as a tightliner. It works splendidly- Nude 8. It works really well for a one and done as well.

But I really need to know about your eyeshadow in the thumbnail💜
It's the Blend Bunny Blends palette and the shiny metallic is Abrasion from Clionadh. 💜💜
Hi I was watching your Weight Loss videos. Question have you lost more weight or have you gained?
I've maintained a 120lb loss for the past few years.
