Ok so this is actually a ROM hack of the emerald, not the original emerald itself. The ROM is called pokemon blazing emerald. Darkrai, shaymin etc pokemon are from gen4 so it's not possible for gen3(emerald) to have those legendaries.

wow i didnt know you could get him at end of game! that az came at me in the begining right after leaving elctric gym leader... if you catch a nincada and look at it for about 10 mins... then say "oh you got two personalities" then evolve it then release ninjask and keep shedinja. darkrai will be chasing the ninjask after fighting the electric gym leader. but there is no way to be prepared so you get beat and watch ninjask die
