മോഹൻലാലിൻറെ പ്രായം വെച്ച് അത് പോലുള്ള flexibility, atleast മലയാളത്തിൽ വേറെ ആർക്കും ഇല്ല. Physically and mentally.

Director കൊടുത്ത hype ആവശ്യമില്ലായിരുന്നു. പക്ഷേ ആ ഒരു കാരണത്തിനെ ഇത്ര പെരുപ്പിച്ച്, ഇത് പൊട്ടേണ്ട പടമാണ് എന്ന് കുറേ പേരെയെങ്കിലും തോന്നിപ്പിക്കാൻ ഇവർക്ക് പറ്റിയിട്ടുണ്ട് എന്ന് ഇപ്പൊ തോന്നുന്നു. മലൈക്കോട്ടൈ വാലിബൻറെ കാര്യത്തിൽ ചെയ്തത് പോലെ. മരയ്ക്കാറും അത് പോലുള്ള മറ്റു സിനിമകളും ഇത് പോലെയാണോ എന്ന് തോന്നുന്നു. മോഹൻലാലുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട് എന്തെങ്കിലും negativity കിട്ടിയാൽ അതിന് എത്രമാത്രം publicity കൊടുക്കാൻ പറ്റുമോ, അത്രയും കൊടുത്ത്, മോഹൻലാലുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട കാര്യങ്ങളെല്ലാം മോശം ആണ് എന്ന് വരുത്തിത്തീർക്കുക എന്നതാണ് ഇവരിപ്പൊ ചെയ്തുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നത്. ഇത് നിരന്തരം കണ്ട് കണ്ട് കുറച്ച് കഴിയുമ്പോൾ സാധാരണക്കാർക്ക് തോന്നണം 'മോഹൻലാൽ മൊത്തം പ്രശ്നമാണല്ലോ', 'പണ്ടൊക്കെ മോഹൻലാലിനെ ഇഷ്ടമായിരുന്നു, ഇപ്പൊ എന്തോ ഇഷ്ടം തോന്നുന്നില്ല' എന്ന്.

പരാജയങ്ങൾ എല്ലാവരുടെ കരിയറിലും കാണും അത് ഏത് വലിയ നടൻ ആണെങ്കിലു Mammotty sir - ൻ്റെ പടങ്ങളും എത്രയോ failure ആയിട്ടുണ്ട് അന്ന് അത് ആരുടെ അവസാനമായിട്ടൊന്നു കണ്ടില്ലല്ലോ. ഇതുപോലെ debates I discussions ഒന്നു കണ്ടില്ല but Lal Sir കുറച്ച് വർഷങ്ങളായിട്ടുള്ള ഒരു planned attack പോലെയാണ് ഈ പ്രഹസനങ്ങൾ . അദേഹത്തിൻ്റെ കുറച്ച് പടങ്ങൾ മോശം അ യത്തിൽ Thats the end എന്ന പോലെയാണ് പലരും പറയുന്നത്. Drishyam 2, Lucifer,Bro daddy,12th man, neru ,M.valiban(his performance) ഈ Movies എല്ലാം നല്ല സിനിമകൾ ആയിരുന്നു. Lal sir is a natural and flexible actor you can find that in many movies.. He doesn't do much experiments in his looks like Mammootty sir . But if you take his movies amrutham gamaya,vastuhara,dasharatham,sadayam ,aham,bharatham ,kireedam,vanaprastham,thanmathra,pranayam,thazhvaram,mizhineerpookal,manichitrathazh,mukham,vanaprastham,kalapani,guru,kamaladhalam,bhramaram,sprit,grandmaster,villian,Drishyam and etc he brings a difference in the body language. Which is commendable.
Valiban is entirely different movie when we take Lal sir filmography to which he has done 💯 dedication and effort. So he has not gone anywhere, he will here as മലയാളത്തിൻ്റെ സ്വന്തം മോഹൻലാൽ.

ഇതിൽ സുനിൽ പറഞ്ഞതിനോട് വിയോജിക്കുന്നു. മോഹൻലാൽ 90s കാലത്ത് “പ്രണവം ആർട്സ്” എന്ന ബാനറിൽ മലയാളത്തിലെ മികച്ച സിനിമകൾ നിർമ്മിച്ചതാണ്. ആ കാലത്ത് ഇന്ന് മമ്മൂട്ടി കമ്പനി ലഭിക്കുന്ന OTT, Satellite റൈറ്റ്സ് ഒന്നും ലഭിക്കില്ല. ഈ ഒരു cushion സപ്പോർട്ട് മമ്മൂട്ടി നിർമ്മിക്കുന്ന സിനിമകളുണ്ട്. അതിൽ ഒരു സിനിമ പോലും കാലപാനി, വാനപ്രസ്ഥം പോലെ വലിയ മുതൽമുടക്കുള്ള സിനിമകൾ ഇല്ല. വൻ നഷ്ടം വന്നത് കൊണ്ടാണ് പ്രണവം ആർട്സ് പൂട്ടി പോയത്. അപ്പോൾ മോഹൻലാൽ റിസ്ക് എടുക്കാത്ത നടൻ എന്ന് പറയുന്നത് തീർത്തും വസ്തുതാവിരുദ്ധമാണ്.
മോഹൻലാൽ സ്ഥിരം സംവിധായകരുടെ കൂടെ സിനിമകൾ ചെയ്യുന്ന, പുതിയ ആളുകളെ പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കാറില്ല. ഈ നേര് എന്ന സിനിമ വിജയം നൽകാൻ സാധിച്ചത് അദ്ദേഹം സ്ഥിരം സംവിധായകൻ ജീത്തു ജോസഫ് ആയപ്പോൾ ആണ്. എന്നാൽ ലിജോ ജോസ് പല്ലിശ്ശേരി എന്ന യുവസംവിധായകനുമായി സിനിമ ചെയ്യ്തപ്പോൾ, നിങ്ങൾ അടക്കമുള്ളവർ അതിന്റെ ക്വാളിറ്റി മനസിലാക്കാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞില്ല.
ബ്രഹ്മയുഗം മികച്ച സിനിമ ആകാം, ആകാതിരക്കാം. അത് സിനിമ ഇറങ്ങിയ ശേഷമേ പറയാൻ സാധിക്കുള്ളൂ.

We all loved Lalettan's kurusthi and all..but athu matram vechu he cant do movies anymore. Roles that suit his age which he is not able to do. It is not fans who is an issue (sic of Malaikottai valibhan), it is he himself who is the issue, his big limitations as an actor. We are not ready to say this loud, because we just love him.
