When Jordan asked if you gonna get emotional, it got me in that mode, Gravy in the water at el slammo with his friends and family, universe has been restored, what a legendary day, I got out this morning myself as well

Take it easy on that bicep. People heal at different rates.
Earthing/grounding in the ocean is the absolute best way to do it, I found earthing/grounding and it’s helped me a lot

Good to see you back! I have a bicep tear I never got surgery on as well they suck. The worst part is typically with sports like surfing or snowboarding you're in control of how you progress by the effort you put towards it but when you get an injury like that you have no control to do anything about it. very helpless feeling.
Man if you could substitute God for "the Universe", as in the one true God that we learn about in the Bible.
