New subscriber!! How many times a week can I do this? (In season/out of season?) And also, do you do the French contrast during your eccentric and isometric phases too? If not, where does your power/speed training come from in those phases? Thanks!!

How long are your rests between sets/ exercises bro? And your sessions? Must be LONG?
usually 2-3 minutes, depends on the exercises
do u do all 4 sets of each exercise then change exercises or do u do 1 set of each and then rotate back through ?
