Mauvier is a pretty decent user of the Ring since the +1mov. is a visible bonus effect for his DR requirement and also has a stronger Canto, meaning he can switch out Alarm A/D for Breath 4 instead

Good coverage! It really is best not to worry too much about overlap, since just getting ONE of +1 move or canto 3 is already amazing. A couple things I'll add: - Eir is a great candidate, since she's a dated mythic, but she can run Disarm Trap + Shadow Shift. This lets her repo units over mountain tiles on the desert map, and then repo again into melee range, or you can have her break an ice tile from robin and then repo your felix onto a trap in melee range. It's definitely vulnerable to canto control but that skill is getting harder to run in ARD. - Ivy warping was way better than +1 move, once Felix came out. You can use her with Celica ring Felix to completely circumvent ice blocks in those B! F!Robin maps, without spending a dance.
I have a concept of giving the rings to the other versions of the unit, mostly legendaries. (Marth ring with L!Marth etc.) So it's kinda funny to see L!Sigurd not wanting his own ring, but I guess Tea Sigurd will do for me XD
Remember everyone, if you'd rather merge up your Sigurd than fodder him off, but you really want Momentum, dont worry. We're definitely getting another Momentum fodder soon enough! All the B skills that came with the Emblem units came fairly fast on a second seasonal Duo unit! The Duo unit might also be powerful, but then at least you have a choice which one you'd rather merge up

Quick heads up- Sigurds ring DOES seem to get included in AOE specials! I tested it out with my own A!Ced earlier today actually and it added the damage! (Great video btw, was waiting for this one!!!)
So last time I said I was 15 summons in. I did finish spark and ended up with a pretty good haul, got another Emblem Celica and ended up foddering her to A!Ivy because you never know when you'll need that but I got a +Atk, -Def Sigurd and sparked him as well and had no clue what to do with his fodder so I just ended up merging him to +1. However if I get another copy I will be sure to use this guide to see what kinds of options there are for me
I've yet to get my FIRST Sigurd (will be able to Spark on Tuesday) yet alone the second one, aka the first fodderable one, but I know EXACTLY who I'll be giving the momentum once the time comes. That'll be Oscar. With Arc. Luin/No Quarter/AS Clash/Momentum/Incite AS and AS Clash seal (and Sigurd ring) he'll be a "do or die!" sort of strong cavalry nuke and thinking of his age in the games lifespan makes it even funnier. I've been wanting to build him up for a while, but now with Momentum being a thing I feel like I finally have the final piece of the puzzle to make him work, since it allows him to fire off those No Quarters with ease while also providing extra damage along with Luin.
~180 orbs avoiding colorless and i got my first: A!michiah, E!marth, E!celica, & E!Sigurd. Today i decided i wanted inf null follow up fodder and 39 orbs later sniping blues and green i got another michiah and celica on the same set of orbs. So stoked on my good luck this run. Hope you get better luck next time!
Nergal is a beast. No more relying on outsourced statuses. And then the movement and extra damage is great too, plus canto 2 not that he really needs it.
There's a gen 5 flier you didn't cover and I'm kinda happy (and somewhat surprised) you didn't because I'm the only one who use this unit in SDS as far as I know (haven't encountered another user from my perspective) and I hope to get a second sigurd to unleash her next SDS or maybe even SDR >:D
Yes, he can but only for the player phase. Momentum removes the headache of pre-charging his special. So he can AoE nuke a lot better. His Enemy phase potential will still be dead though.
I hope they dupe Momentum 4 soon because I want to use it on my +10 Flame Tribe Muspell but I can't fodder off my only Sigurd lol It's crazy how he's already outdated and I hope Momentum can help him out xD another great vid btw, ty! :)

Because I feel like original keaton could work with it since we have fierce beast and in my opinion bridal catria comes in my mind as well. What do you think?
For some reason, I kinda wanna see how L! Sigurd would function with the E! Sigurd Ring equipped on L! Sigurd. Maybe not be best user for it but could fun to experiment.
Brave Celice can use Emblem Sigurd and get rid of his C skill, he gets a better canto and can outsource NFU, he can use another C as Wave spd 4 to have NFU and more stats or just use any other thing, he also gets access to attuned skills that could be stupidly strong in the future as Echo TP has shown

Emblem celica is so dumb and fun with sigurds emblem effect. Amazing hit and run unit. I run her with verge of death, magical null follow up, and creation pulse (for scowl). I use her with ploy support.

ranged cavs should have been able to get momentum 4… if anything there should have been a clause that only jumps your special by 1. units like l!leif works have appreciated it

I had ran the calcs and it gives you similar True DMG but I didn't show her here because there are no good attuned skills for cavs right now. I would suggest waiting for a good enough attuned skill before committing momentum. Right now, it's not that big of an improvement for her imo.

I have brave Chrom with emblem Sigurd and momentum 4 and it took a +10 Brave Alfonse with Heiðrún support to even survive with a few HP.

I'm very much thinking of passing Atk/Def Excel 4 and Momentum 4 to my og Dimitri. Sounds it'd help him to rely less on the Heavy Blade seal.
