- If you were to read Sofia’s CV, you’d imagine she’s a successful and happy young woman, however, that is very distant from what she felt during these past years of her life. An important milestone in her career was the catalyst for her change in life’s perspective and purpose. In this talk, Sofía invites the audience to question where and what we are truly running towards, and whether we are chasing our dreams, other’s dreams or just running. She shares the method she used-and continues to use-to stop running, focus on the present, enjoy the process, and continue her search for life's purpose. Sofía Tuane es abogada y coach ejecutiva; formada en ambas disciplinas en la Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Entre los años 2012 y 2019 se desempeñó como seleccionada nacional de Chile de voleibol indoor y playa, donde pudo desarrollar habilidades de trabajo en equipo y liderazgo.
Desde el año 2022 ejerce como abogada, especializándose en derecho corporativo con énfasis en fusiones y adquisiciones, destacando su participación constante en la Fundación Pro Bono, dedicada a la asesoría legal gratuita.
Hoy, con su título de coach ejecutiva, realiza asesorías enfocadas en el desarrollo de herramientas que les permitan a sus coachees alcanzar su máximo potencial, tanto en lo profesional como en lo personal.
