The way you ended up removing the colour is what I would have chosen to do, as a gradual fade, maybe just needs a light rub on the purple shoe facing the red shoe to complete the look

lilsmokedout Highs are so comfortable, I only skate dunks, whether it be Lows, Mids and Highs. Highs are a plus cuz they protect the ankle area since there is more padding

Would be cool if you made it like a gradient from one shoe to the other! So for the shoe that you didn’t clean off,clean off the medial side just a little less than the medial of the other and transition into the lateral side being untouched

You should do a little bit of wearing on the untouched lakers shoe on the medial side. It would be more of a fade from full lakers to full Chicago, as opposed to straight lakers and then the fade. Just an idea, loved the video Seth!
Would have been cool to see you remove the paint from the whole shoe, but leave the ankle collar alone. Just so we can get a glimpse of what a union style chi/la shoe would look like before removing all the paint.
The yellow paint is over black paint, so they would have needed many more layers to hide the underlying black, which is why (if what I'm saying is true, I'm just assuming) the yellow is harder to take off.
I prefer the Chicago color-ways...cause we haven’t had that in a long time..I truly miss it. I won’t throw away my Jordan 1 low Chicago just because I don’t want to be without that color-way

It was so tough to get off because using the nail polish remover. Hot 91% alcohol or a better acetone pulls the paint off with ease.
