Let's not undermine what Singh Saab is attempting to caution us about..he is quite right in asking us to not being complacent.. Numbers do not guarantee one's influence..as our own history would testify it, which ensued in partion quite in contrast to majoritarian principle ..from a global standpoint we have examples of Syria which does not have a single native Syrian catholic today.. erstwhile Persia lost their native parsis.. Zoroastrian culture.. Our own Kashmir was rid off native kashmiri hindus..so we have enough instances to learn from.. but are we really learning, will be answered in the times to come..we should not always depend on political dispensation for everything as there are electoral compulsions which they may heed to. More importantly we should turn into a more informed society, stay united like others and negotiate well to serve our interest..once we have a common voice then political dispensation hardly matters as things can be turned to one's favour if sustained pressure are applied through a unified voice..so our willingness to bury our differences and unite, will only ensure our existence and of the generations ahead else we should be ready to become a forgotten chapter of history..

Poor not having enough in front of you and blaming karma is very hypothetical situation explained here and a good Dharmic person of india will never do it, and saying that as reason for our fall is very illogical and out of context. Cast system was actually a strength of indian society and helped good distribution of work within the society in general. The cause identified may be true to a small extent but actually life is not so straightforward and easy to make out what is dharma and adharma (people are confusing mortality, a pure western idea foreign to indic thoughts, with dharma and misleading them).

1. You're asking "why the announcement was made properly by the government?" I assume you intended "why not?" and the answer is that it was done very much in accordance to the standard operating procedure, the bill was actually discussed in both the house, passed by them and then the president gave his assent post which the bill became an act and was published in 'The Gazette of India'. so this point that you raise is unfactual unless you were actually complaining why it was done properly🤣
2. Buses are being burnt cause of govt's arrogance? public property is destroyed by miscreants and regardless of where you stand on the issue you should condemn the violence and destruction of public property, after all, it's our taxpayer's money that funds all of it.

Great to be part of the Upword subscriber list. I am very much impressed with Sai J Deepak on his views and mostly go all of it. Rather, I would put it this way, the cogitative views of Majority in Bharat, do not come forward due to the fact that their views are NOT encouraged. However, here, Sai J Deepak being from Legal Fraternity, would do best for the Justice of the Native of this Land and especially those who hold the cultural values in day-to-day life.
I would not hesitate an iota to have Deepak represent a cause of this Land and he surely will come up with a Clause to defend it legally for the world to know its fundamental.

I wish all lawyers were like this. Advocate J Sai Deepak’s arguments were very impressive in the Sabarimala case. He was allowed a time of just 10 mins but the court heard his arguments for 1.5 hours. It was so impressive.

It's not about law. SC might restrain citing judicial overreach on the legislature. Courts judge what is lawful and what is not. It doesn't just ideologies and philosophies.
It's about what kind of India you believe in.
@@indiamusically according to our current citizenship law all these refugees have to go back once NRC is implemented. But they all can apply for a citizenship . This process is relaxed for a particular group of immigrants realizing that the threats that they face in their own Homeland is still very much at large which is their religious persicution in their homeland. The govt has realized that minority and this CAA has provided a little relaxation for such minorities. Hence it's an inclusion of minorities rather than the popular mislead ideas. And mind u the normal way to apply citizenship still persists for everyone this bill identifies the minorities among the immigrants who are still facing threats in their country

A person thinking like that will be a subject of external influence where he can be easily persuaded to act according to someone else's agenda. Why have a cutoff date then on 31 Dec 2014? Prosecuted religious minorities didn't come after that date, or will they not come now? Why don't fear of their extinction, who came after 31 Dec 2014, and want to come now? Why don't fast track them?
India should give citizenship to them, that is out of the question. But this law is like firing bullets to others issues with guns on the shoulder(in name of) of persecuted migrants.

One request, can you please make a video related to the views of the NE people, Here, the reason for protest is not about exclusion of Muslims in CAA but people are apprehensive because by granting citizenship to anyone through CAA (any religion) the Indigenous People of the NE states will be affected because the area especially Assam has a good number of Illegal Immigrants in general. Hello brother there is different between illegal migrants & refugees. CAA is all about to giving citizen to minority refugee who persecuted on basis of religion from Pakistan Bangladesh & Afghanistan. According to assam accort who comes in assam illegally irrespective of their religion they will deported.
Brother most of NE is under ILP where this amendment will not apply.
