My aim for buying this book was this. I needed the knowledge and the ammunition (with facts) with which I could counter the ignorant liberals and leftists hell-bent on maligning everything that is Bharathiya. So far, I've read about 20% and I can already say it serves this purpose very well! There is such open hostility and a sense of disrespect associated with our own culture and languages. It needs to change. It can only change if people like J Sai Deepak write more content and people like us read and spread it around in whatever circles we have an influence on.
Already pre ordered the book and can't wait for it. This discussion was very much awaited. J Sai Deepak is the only person I can listen to all day despite me being not from a law background because he understands common people of Bharat or rather people who want to dig deep into the Indic thoughts and values

His words are meaningful at the end. We can see many countries that has lost their past are in miserable conditions, and it’s people are running away from those countries. Completed my first reading of "India that is Bharat". Must be made compulsory high school reading. Thank you, JSD garu. It is a tough read - both from the English perspective and from a research perspective, but recommend it as an essential read for a fearless look at our historical roots. I am now making notes to summarize for myself each chapter. If you are a youngster who wants to go places, read this book first, to know who you are and what you are likely to come up against. Quote from the book - "The direct and intended consequence of coloniality and the introduction of the modernity/rationality complex was the creation of supposedly universal standards for morals, ethics, religion, language, knowledge, scientific temper, political organisation, nationhood, individual rights, and more - in short, culture and civilisation."
I ordered and received the book a few days back. Mr. Sai Deepak states this is targeted to an audience in India between 18 and 50, as I suppose they will dictate the future of India. Being an NRI and several decades older than the mean of the target, I am thankful for this wonderful work. Yes, I was brainwashed by the 'British Coloniality' and it is time absolve that stupid fog. 'Am prepared to donate this book after I read it and help with ordering more, to spread the word by outstanding civic minded organizations in India

Recently while making a video on Garos of Meghalaya. A hindu jati converted to Xtianity. I too encountered 'Coloniality' . Well 37 Garos conversation to Xtianity in 1876 that Missionaries got "hope" in the northeastern part of India.
Well as a Tamil Christian am sure you have met us without realising it... Cos we are not anglicised ( this is culture what you eat how u dress etc) but followers of christhu. So we dress Indian, eat Indian but our religious belief differs. Google Thomas christians . And also you would know that Christ was not Portugese or British. Their church has undergone reform in their belief since then...
Now only I was "debating" with a colonial mind who was thanking Britishers and christian missionaries for opening up education to masses .. Funny he didn't hear about nalanda and gurukuls , and he is Indian . I cant deal with these people , just want to slap them .
Shudras were denied education, discrimination and untochability existed which u can't atttribute to mughal or britishers... It happens even today in subtle manner.... Slap me now

Fantastic discussion by two great Atmans! Most Bharatiya people I come across fidget, laugh, mock, squirm the very moment I utter the words 'Bharat' & 'Bharatiya'. The potent combination of inferiority complex & ignorance among people of all ages is sickening. I am not blaming anybody though. I used to be one of them. I discovered Sri Sai Deepak and Sri Dushyanth Sridhar somewhere in the middle of last year. Both have taken different paths but the goal seems to be the same - discover our past, where we come from and what we have lost on the way and the choices before us. It is difficult but not impossible to get back on the Indic path. Another thing I would like to point out is we celebrate the great minds that come out of institutions like IITs, IIMs, BIT etc especially those who have found success in the C-suite. It’s time to recognize great minds like these men who come from the same institutions but have taken a very difficult path to put the rest of us on the right path.
