There was horrible officiating on both sides, but most of it was in the Steelers' favor, putting them in a situation they had no business being in. Sure, that roughing the passer call against the Steelers was disgusting, but there were two or three phantom PI calls against the Ravens, a completely botched confirmed challenge, among other screw-ups by the refs.

Defense was getting gassed and giving up big plays or penalties. Reffing was bad but we kept trying to give that game up, both sides did really.

The ball was bouncing the same angle and Bynes was going for it. if the ball didn't bounce back like that in the last second then Hodges would have been tackling Bynes. at 10:14 you can see him raising his hand as he was running at the ball, thinking it was going to bounce out or get caught out of bounds. When the ball made the bounce back towards the center of the field he didn't react quick enough and or what already angling like it wasn't going to be inbounds. He looked like he had an awkward foot positioning when he did start to react and that might have hurt his ability to dive for the ball too.

The ball was bouncing the same angle and Bynes was going for it. if the ball didn't bounce back like that in the last second then Hodges would have been tackling Bynes. at 10:14 you can see him raising his hand as he was running at the ball, thinking it was going to bounce out or get caught out of bounds. When the ball made the bounce back towards the center of the field he didn't react quick enough and or what already angling like it wasn't going to be inbounds. He looked like he had an awkward foot positioning when he did start to react and that might have hurt his ability to dive for the ball too.
