Crisis in Haiti: Americans land in Florida after daring rescue

During a news conference Wednesday afternoon, Gov. Ron DeSantis announced that a plane carrying Floridians from Haiti amid the turmoil in the Caribbean nation was en route to Florida. Fourteen people arrived at Orlando Sanford International Airport around 7 p.m. on Wednesday, including children and families.
