I love this.. im a barber and menswear stylist and I meet a lot of wonderful men that get pushed over and played by women that don't mean them any good. It's sad to see the good guys (and girls) get messed over in this life. I try to the best of my abilities to provide some guidance on the matter to some of the guys but i can only provide a (good) woman's prospective and what you said is true- lead with personality- a good woman wants you and loves when you show up as the best version of yourself... it is not required that you show up as the richest version or the flashiest version... if you have those things (riches and flashiness) cool but that's just icing, it's not the cake. It's nice to find a well balanced, non misogynistic space to direct the guys to for the (good) man's perspective. Unfortunately, everyone doesn't have a space like this in their life to receive that guidance-so this is a great resource. Thank you for being present. Respect 🙏🏾 💕✨️

When I was younger I was definitely guilty of a few of thee mistakes. I think this and your recent ‘kind not nice’ related videos are great but miss an important detail. A huge lack of confidence which is often based on a rough childhood leads to low self esteem. This underlies their behaviour (not including the manipulative ‘kind’ guy, he’s just an asshole). These guys need help to realise their self worth and to stop behaving in a self detrimental way. Keep up the great work. And that jacket is fantastic.

He would ask me a few times after a while if I wanted to date. I always said no but he would be there for me when I broke up with a guy to be like a stand in. I feel bad but he let me do it. He didn't really say no. I did grow up and apologized and we went our separate ways

I used to be a simp I’ll admit. Not just with women though friends & family as well . When I came around everyone thought it was okay for me to pay for everything cause I’m a 24 year old trucker with no kids making money . I would do it out of love until they started taking advantage of me . I realized who’s gonna be there for me when I’m down & out cause shit happens everyone needs help sometimes . Had to realize I can’t build my castle giving all my materials away . Lesson learned time to move different now💯

I’ve been hearing this word since back in the day as well. But the way I’m hearing it used today is really limiting. I would suggest that before anyone accepts someone else telling them they’re simping, they should see what their record is like with women first.
I’ve been married 26 years. We would have never made it this far without some give-and-take, compromise and sacrifice. If that’s what you call simping, good luck making your relationships work.
