I will say this, there is strength in clearly defined boundaries. People may not always like it (and that’s their problem, not mine) but they tend to respect you as a person who will not allow them to try to take advantage of you! I rarely have issues once I press my clearly defined boundaries and limits with people. Also, there is a lot of power in having confidence and the word “no”.

I’m 44 years old male and have all the qualities listed in this video. Because of this, I decided to retire from women. I had my first gf at 41 and was badly played and manipulated. When your weak, this is what will happen to you - taken advantage off. It’s hard for a man to be a man than a woman to be a woman. Being a man needs to be learnt when your young. You can easily make mistakes and be forgiven when your young but at my age you’ll be looked down upon for making dating mistakes. I told my ex that I wasn’t good enough for her many times but she refused to let me go. When I ended it, she told me we were only in a situation ship. Didn’t know what that was. She was an older Caribbean woman but never told me her real age and never met her friends or family. No idea if I can comeback at 44. I have no job, no friends and no life

If she asked you about how your day was at work, don't go babbling about how rough it's been or how much you dislike your boss or whomever. Believe me, she's likely rolling her eyes at you on the other end of that phone.

Something that I think gets lost is that honestly there's no formula for this stuff...what works for some men won't necessarily work for others. Play up your strengths and yes confidence is key but there is a fine line between that and being cocky. Be the best you can be and know what you want and what you don't. Some of this is very simple and we overthink it all
I don't date or have any plans for marriage. Sex is over for me too. I am 40 but I just don't want herpes, warts, hepatitis, or STI's.. At 40 It is over for me, I had enough sex from 15 - 32. I have free pron. There are great toys now. In Manhattan if my back pack is open a women will tap me to tell me my bag zipper is open. That's about it. My brother got married late in life had a kid after a fortune in IVF and an emergency abortion of twins. Horrible. My parents divorced when I was 18. Just don't have any Mojo or T maybe to do this. I had my T levels checked and at first the doctor said hey you are in good shape but your T levels. Then he did the blood again and nope they were fine and then he said we should do base line STI work up. OK?. Did that. Then he said I should do the STI blood work once year. Hell no. That was about 33 and I said forget it. I ain't getting married and divorced. I ain't doing this blood work every year. I am probably just not in sync with my generation. I avoid women as much as I can
