@@BridgettHarrison you SHOULD!!!! You will love it. DJI is so much lighter and user friendly. All my vlogs are in that. I have stopped picking up the big camera because it’s so easy!!!!

I love my Pocket II for casual vlogs and I wiil upgrade to pocket 3. So i love my insta x360 on my bycicle or even running. My Samsung S23 works fine for some things, but I'm going back to fullframe world. It's another story.
I like the dji pocket3 for its crispness of picture and gimbal features, its good for scenic shots and tracking modes are cool, sometimes vid of people can look just a little choppy when looking at body movements as a whole etc same with Iphone and insta360 isnt as bad as the iphone can it shoot in 4k without wideangle fishlens distortion though. The Sony Z1 mark 2 seems to abit smoother playback. The smoothest is whatever camera shes using in studio setup. I personally like hearing some of the background sounds when people vlog outdoors it adds some ambience.
First off the sony and the iphone are waaaaay too big for Vlogging, so they're out for me. I have a DJI pocket 2. I loved it when I first got it, but you gotta' think about typical vlogging workflow. You're flipping the camera around probably 10-20 times in a typical shoot between pointing out front and pointing at yourself. That triple click is so much more of a pain in the ass, than just flipping your wrist and pointing the camera at yourself and then back out front. It doesn't seem like a big deal 1 time, but doing it over and over is really annoying. It just wrecks your flow if you're really in the zone with your shoot. Additionally the facetrack doesn't work well, so when it's pointed at me, my DJI is constantly drifting down, and I have to raise my arm up way more than is comfortable for a longer shot. Or worse manually grab the gimbal head and force it to point up. I also can't tell you how many times I've been doing a "walking tour' style video of some beautiful city, and I look down after a few minutes, and the gimbal is pointed straight at the ground or straight up at the sky because it confused the lines of a pedestrian crosswalk or overhead wires or a building overhang with the horizon, and followed it all the way up, or all the way down. I've lost countless minutes of footage that way when I though I was recording what's in front of me but instead I got the sidewalk! The other workflow issue is in a typical shoot, you're putting the camera in and out of your pocket 4 or 5 times a day. The DJI pocket is FRAGILE, you wouldn't dare put that thing in your pocket without the case and risk damaging the gimbal, so you have to power it off and put it back in it's case EVERY single time. Again, it's just this little pain in the ass, that slows you down, throws you completely out of your rhythm, and has you vlogging 15 seconds later than you would have with the action cam or even just your phone. The pocket3 definitely has the best, smoothest footage, especially at night. But for all the reasons above, the clear winner for me, for vlogging is ironically the "action camera". I'll probably never use it for it's intended purpose of action sports, but the simplest solution is the best. In and out of my pocket with ease, just turn my wrist to change the shot instead of that ridiculous triple click, and the confidence of knowing if I'm pointing it AHEAD, the camera is filming what's ahead, not aiming straight down at the damn sidewalk! Plus... hello! Waterproof! Keep vlogging even if it starts raining, or walk right into that beautiful ocean without missing a beat! 😉 My pocket died on me when I got a few DROPS of water on it doing a waist-deep ocean shot and I had to finish up the shoot with my iPhone. (which is also waterproof) I think the image stabilization and low-light of the Insta360 is very close to the DJI and certainly qualifies as "good enough", given everything you gain with a much simpler camera to use for vlogging. You'll start shooting 15 seconds faster every time you pull it out of your pocket, and never have to wait on the dumb gimbal or your dumb brain, that can't seem to do a triple click, with 15 years of office-job muscle-memory causing you to repeeatedly double-click the thing! 🤣
Appreciate for sharing your detailed insights. Also, pocket 3 battery is not detachable , so kinda use and throw after few years.( we never know what the spare part price might cost for the battery)
Using a flip mirror for selfie stick (like Ulanzi ST-30) with smarphone is probably the best option - I also tryed all of these cameras and I prefer to vlog with phones cause there are 4 amazing lens if you have truly good hardware like Oppo X7 ultra, Samsung or Xiaomi (11 ultra was a best vlogging machine), iphone still lacks the periscope lens - good zoom may always be handy. Great video and amaaaazing channel, very inspiring and I love your smarphone reviews, I would like to see more focus on video functionality but still GREAT STUFF
Agree with you! I have dji action 4 and i cannot use it at night because the quality is so bad, it's grainy, shaky and so dark. Thinking of switching to iPhone pro, the only cons i think it's too big for vlogging but i will go with video quality.
Iphone 15 Pro is the champion.. it's "ALL IN ONE" 😎.. After capturing all videos and photos, edit and upload right away 😉 I'm using Iphone 14 promax and iphone 15 pro for all my videos and photos 😍

very nice video, unlike you said, the creator combo of the pocket 3 comes with only one extra battery, the other part is just for the quarter inch thread.
Unfortunately I have returned my Oslo pocket 3. Very good image quality for this size. But... The Gimbal have big problems to follow the person of interest because your tracking prioritize the face and not the whole human. For example when a dancer hides his face with his hands or another move where his face is not captured by the camera, the gimbal cannot follow him. It is annoying. There is another cameras that doing better now. I would love to buy the Osmo Pocket 3 again as soon as the gimbal gets the tracking system used by DJI in his Drones.
don't select tracking on the face, move camera further and select the whole person, then the camera will track it as an "object" not just the face alone.
I own a Sony Z-V1 mark ii and I feel like the low light quality was bad and the stabilization when walking was not that good. Do you think the Dji Pocket 3 is a good substitution to my Sony? Or any advice for a daily vlogging camera?

🧨🧨I have a question: What is the best gimbal for the iphone 15 pro for vlogging? This question is based on this example: I was vlogging with the INSTA 360 FLOW and my iphone 14 pro inside a building reunion and the iPhone began recording but a few minutes later I lost the audio for the rest of the video. What is your advice for not losing audio on videos? Thanks. 👍👍
All sony cameras has a big boring problem. Which is shooky footage. Now I have sony zv1 f and pocket3. To my experience pocket 3 is perfect then the sony zv1f.
Expensive camera days are OVER, mobile phones are way better now, light weight and compact plus it doesn't attract attention as much as the big bulky cameras. Now,,, vloggers can take videos at ease without people looking at you awkwardly.
Question. I need a good camera for indoor vloggin in my studio/office that will be dark lighting. What camera are you using during your inside shots in the darker setup with the brownish background?
I had the zv 1 mark 2 and it overheated on me after i recorded myself in the shade for 2 Mins. I returned it. I have the iPhone 15 pro and love it but as an Arizona native my phone also gets warm and I don’t want to do that to my phone. So I just ordered the osmo pocket 3 and hope that works for me.
I think the iPhone is the best. simply because you get 3 lenses and you can edit and upload easily. it's like having a 3 cameras and a laptop in one. bang for your buck.
We said that the Sony can record 120 fps in 4k, that's wrong. It can record in 30fps 4k and in 120fps 1080p. Also the iPhone 15 Pro has a 1/1.28" sensor instead of a 1/1.56".
Creator kit also comes with 1 battery, the other is just an attachment before the tripod legs. Good comparison.

Expensive camera days are OVER, mobile phones are way better now, light weight and compact plus it doesn't attract attention as much as the big bulky cameras. Now,,, vloggers can take videos at ease without people looking at you awkwardly.
How is zv e10?
Great video ❤
Question. I need a good camera for indoor vloggin in my studio/office that will be dark lighting. What camera are you using during your inside shots in the darker setup with the brownish background?
You can edit videos recorded with Sony ZV camera from your mobile
I want to buy the dj osmo pocket 3 but it’s not waterproof. Does anyone know a alternative?
I had the zv 1 mark 2 and it overheated on me after i recorded myself in the shade for 2
Mins. I returned it. I have the iPhone 15 pro and love it but as an Arizona native my phone also gets warm and I don’t want to do that to my phone. So I just ordered the osmo pocket 3 and hope that works for me.
Do you like the osmo pocket 3 better?
@@tuyetbeauty 100% love the osmo pocket 3
nice comparison
Now at the Insta360 flow pro to your iphone 15 ....... how would that end..
Am I missing something or you made a mistake 1:00 "Sony ZV-1 can shoot up to 4K 120fps"?
Great video...
you are right lol zv-1 m2 cannot shoot upto 4K 120fps(only upto 4K 30F). Only ZV-E1(3x the cost of ZV-1M2) can support that.
V v v v good video as well your way of talking
awesome comparison. i love it.
Dji pocket 3😊 new friend from the🇵🇭
Which is budget friendly
amazing video thank you
I think the iPhone is the best. simply because you get 3 lenses and you can edit and upload easily. it's like having a 3 cameras and a laptop in one. bang for your buck.
I bought DJI pocket 3 and DJI action 4. Comparing video quality , action 4 is not so good. I sold it out.
Thank u for sharing ma'am❤
Very good content Thank You !!👍
hi. i heard you can also attach the dji mic 2 to the insta360 ace pro via bluetooth. :)
yes, but a better choice is the holyland lark m2. 😉
@@anthonyblend9917 personally i like the sound quality of rode
Awesome
So can the Insta360 and Sony shoot in portrait mode like the DJI for Tik Tok videos? Thanks.
Osmo action 4 is by far the best action camera.
Why did you not take it in this video ?
Insta360 ace pro is the real deal!
