Name him "Mikey" I read whole books over and over, (i.e. the gospels), not trying to memorize every scripture but asking the Holy Ghost to help me get them in my spirit and soul so I can live them. Txs for sharing.

In reading through & making notations re: word searches, I just naturally started to remember better, & found that he reminds me of them at the right times as I seek him. This is a great method! When I was young, I was able to memorize scripture very easily. This isn't the case for me anymore. I'm getting much older and memorizing anything is really hard. Thank you for this today!
I too memorized scriptures when I was younger. I’ve tried many things but I have severe stm. I’m hoping this will help. I’m on hospice and wish I had more people to help me. But my women Christian geoup on Fb has great readings and devotional is great. I’m blessed with that. Amen 🙏. Hope you can do this too.
This seems like a great thing to save in the notes app of your phone too. Since it goes with us everywhere, you could practice while waiting in line or instead is scrolling social media
In the middle of the night one night I listened to the most beautiful Bible study at a time when I needed help. I would love to have you ladies read the scripture and share your thoughts as you did in your Bible study. Let’s study the word. That study was from you and just came from your soul or The Holy spirit
Love this idea. I use to memorize verses a lot in high school but haven’t done it in a long time. This motivates me to start again. I can’t wait to try this method. Also, I think the Mic looks like a Phillip! 😂
I love this! I'm grateful for your missionary friend Rachel. I imagine this could be most helpful in those hostile countries and territories, where even having a bible is a crime. This could easily be Bible Code, and you can memorize while storing the Word in your heart. Amazing. God bless you and yours!
This is so cool. I’ve been using this particular method of Bible memorization for years now. My dad taught it to me and he learned it when he was in Bible school years ago. I’m actually working on memorizing Romans 1. 8, 12 and then James is next !!! I posted about it on my IG page and tagged you in those posts. What’s funny is many of my friends have never even heard of this method of Bible memory till I shared it on my IG page.
I love this method! I’ve used it ver years and it’s how I memorized Isaiah 53 and other entire chapters. My issue with memorizing individual verses was that i would get the references confused. It was easier for me to just remember book and chapter than individual verse numbers.

Wow I never knew that people actually memorize a whole book of the bible! That's intimidating to me as I have just started trying to memorize certain scriptures and I thought that was overwhelming! I think I'm going to make that a goal of mine...
I'm currently trying to memorize 1 Peter its just so packed full of fantastic guidance for personal conduct! Its wonderful to have these verses floating through my head throughout the day❤️

I love this! I started to write scripture like this on flash cards, but I love that you put it in a small journal! It’s a lot easier to bring anywhere you go. I’m need to get one!

This method is incredible, and I can normally not remember what happened an hour ago. I've memorised psalm 23 in literally 20 mins. I'm almost speechless. 😭💯❤️ I wish I had known this method all my life, it's incredible. Thankyou and God bless you for sharing.

I make content for Instagram (not at your scale at all or anything haha just for fun) And the change in priorities and responsibilities is so crazy yet is so cool to see how God works in the heart of a wife. So 1. I’m exited!! And 2, don’t be discouraged or anything about any hiccups it might give in the direction your platform is going!!
Another reason to memorize entire books of the Bible is that one day you may have access to the Bible. It's a luxury to have access to the Bible and in so many different versions. There are some countries in the world that people don't even have their own Bible. You may even get arrested for having one in your possession. This may happen to the U.S. one day too. I just saw someone post about a prank video about banning the Bible in California. Shockingly, people were actually signing the petition! It's scary times.

Maybe they changed it when you shared the link but the set of 4 mini journals have one with a pentagram on it & two others with occultic symbols on them. Thought you should know. I'm still looking for the one with the heart & thanks for the outstanding tips!

My 7 year old has the whole 23rd psalm memorized. She memorized it last year all by herself ❤️

Our son also memorised this psalm and recalls it when he needs the comfort of God, evidence that we need to memorise scripture

I second this. This method has worked so wonderfully for me & I can't get over it. It's crazy how one letter triggers the whole verse to come to mind.

This method really works!! I’ve used this method to help me memorize Psalm 1, Titus 2, and Ephesians 5. I’m currently working on memorizing 1 Peter 3.
