Well rounded and obtainable list. Not flashy, mosty tool watches with a meaning behind them. And the Gran Seiko was the cherry on top. (Man, i love the dial) I think that might describe you to a Tee. Great video.
This was very interesting and entertaining. It also got me thinking about "grail" versus "whim"... I realize that I'm stuck on whim... see it, buy it. I bought three watches this week, all because I saw them online and I thought they looked cool. I can't tell you how many watches that I have with less than an hour of on-the-wrist-time because of spontaneous enthusiasm over a photo or video on the web. I need to do what you did and make a list and work towards a target. Lastly, ChatGPT is scary. I don't want to be figured out.😊
Thanks for watching and I really appreciate the comment! I know how you feel about that whim! The list has really helped me slow down impulse purchases
@@hapcampbellI use reminders on my iphone and you can easily rearrange the list as well as add links to the watch rather it’s eBay or the companies website. This is how prioritize my purchases. I also put the price next to them so I can tell if the price has dropped.
This was such a fun video, and it's different from what anyone else has done on a channel related to watches. The Rolex Milgauss happens to be my favourite Rolex model too, since it is unique and not commonly seen.
I really appreciate the support! And so glad you enjoyed it. After filming I realized it would be funny if chatgpt roasted me so that one will be coming out soon too 🙌🏾
No divers on here? Some of the Seiko SLA models (SLA055 & SLA057, SJE093) are grailworthy yet at attainable prices. Fellow 75th ranger here btw and new scriber.
Thanks for the sub and I didn’t think about it till you said something but I guess I don’t have any grail divers or chronos. I think watches that are overly popular may have ruined it for me such as the Submariner and the Speedy I'll definitely be checking out those recommendations and hell yeah man! What BN? You also gotta watch my Tudor video coming out soon it has a little ranger history in it
@@WristUnwound Was over 20 years ago but was in HHC Mortars 1/75. I had the Tudor Ranger but after a few months I upgraded to the 40mm Explorer and dont regret it at all. Looking forward to the Ranger video for sure!
RUclips, this man is 62 subs away from a dream. Help a brother out!
Thanks so much! I’m getting so close and appreciate all of the support

Great video.
That's the goal, you nailed it! I think this list is a good representation of myself. Now the roasting of my list is also pretty hilarious 😂
The King Seiko SPB391J1 with the green dial is the one I would recommend. It's beautiful.

@@WristUnwoundHmm. Good idea. You’ve inspired me to make a list of my own.

The Galli S2 is just beautiful!
Less than 60 followers away from seeing it in person 🙌🏾

I just left a conference at HAAF last week, I'm hoping to get 1/75 or 3/75 for my next assignment!
@@WristUnwoundAwesome! The less time spent in Columbus, GA the better imo.
Mock my words, Tudor will make another black bay 58 gmt with a black and blue bezel.
