@@KANISAMA. To be fair she's pretty mediocre due to her s2 Atk buff being for only 3 attacks and in farming she requires you to own Koyan and Oberon to get the most out of her. There is a roundabout way to make her 3t farm but it does much less damage since you have to get rid of 1 Koyan of Light and replace for a less desirable 50% charger. The set up still requires you to have MLB scope or Mana Loading lvl 10 + 2 SSRs (granted Waver is basically free), while the Oberon Double Koyan comp does not. Her most recent buff at least gives her a good niche against Cavalry/Zerks with Sky attribute, but she is definitely not great.
I feel like most of these servants can be summed up as "Atrocious because no NP Gain." If they somehow increased all of these servant's NP gain by 1%, they'd suddenly be far more viable.
Funny that you mentioned Artimes because she was my first ever 5 star servant, as well as being the only 5 star who got her NP leveled up. I may rarely ever used her, but I consider her to be the main reason for why I got one of favorites and anticipated Servants, Super Orion. I had planned on getting her max her out, basically dressing her up for the main Chad to come up to her and take her out. And it worked! I hadn't been able to max her out unfortunately, but I'm guessing Orion didn't want to keep a lady in waiting and leave her alleged wingman efforts be in vain.
Same kinda she was my second also my both my second np2 5 star and 5 star and I ended up getting super orion after I watched a video of him shooting her down in lb5.1 on a single multi no less
She was my first spook on my old account as well and I loved using Artemis. Her kit carried me through the early game for FGO, even if it isn't as good these days. Honestly, the buff I really want them to give her is a spiritron dress of the lostbelt Artemis- that Artemis looks amazing!!!

Basically what makes any servant bad is when they over invest their skills into hyper-specific uses. There's a reason Waver is considered top tier, there's no fight or team that leaves you worse off for including him. Fun fact: Most of the art servants here can loop surprisingly well. Ive seen setups where Vlad III loops 5+ times. Scheherazade can also be used as a farmer completely ignoring her original intended niche.
They may be bad in NA, but they're great in JP, and, thinking again, I have a hard time saying Scheherazade is bad in NA. Granted their adavantage lies in being really compatible with Castoria and Tamamo, but that's what is needed nowadays as a base, if you don't have it, you won't peform well, unless you're a fringe case, like Lancer Ryouma.
What kills Bunny Artoria is that her ATK status is the same as Vanilla Jeanne. What's the point of raising her ATK by 40% for three turns if the other three you just hitting as hard as a christian with a flag?

Honestly I don't think it's really fair to not take support servants into consideration, since some servants were kinda seemingly build for certain support units or at the very least their buffs were made with it in mind. Even if we only consider budget 3 star or lower supports, some servants on this list wouldn't be on this list lol. Vlad is pretty good even with budget arts supports such as Paracelsus and maybe an art support from the friend list for example. The biggest crime though would be not factoring Nobukatsu into the Nobunaga evaluation imo, considering he was literally made for her and is an easy to get friendship summon unit. With Nobukatsu alone Demon Nobu's usability increases a ton. I also think framing her gameplay as a one turn big damage np is a mistake. As much as it hurts me, her np is pretty terrible and I think except for being useable to clear buffs against divine enemies, it's prob better to think of it as nonexistent. Where she truly shines is her straight up facecard buster crit damage imo. With a triple buster deck, 6 hits on buster, 5 hits extra, along with a very high scaling attack buff, sky dmg modifier, and buster up all lasting 3 turns she's going to be doing some incredible crit damage, and hopefully some buster chains, especially with the buffs that Nobukatsu and other supports can provide.

I heavily Disagree with the Nobu placement primarily because out of all the units she’s been given buffs that improve her significantly and pairs the easiest with budget all budget supports especially her brother. Also neutral damage isn’t bad when you have a triple buster deck that is especially useful in multi class situations. I would agree though from an NP damage standpoint though she is poor outside of niche. I would argue that her niche is much more viable and important than Artemis’s.
Koyan and Oberon make into a tactical nuke. Ya know that 70% ATK buff on turn 3? Well, make that 130%, due to Koyanskaya gimicks. Is enemy Sky/Divine? That one is DEAD
Sigurd became somewhat of a meme for me and my friends on Gamepress. We have a fanmade buffs thread and we spent a ton of time trying to figure out reasonable ways to fix him and when we seemingly finished it Musashi got an NP buff and threw everythong off balance.
She's AoE, I wouldn't expect to use her on harder scenarios where she doesn't have class advantage, though she does hit well with Double Castoria + Tamamo for neutral farming at NP2+ if needed.
Demon King Nobu Enjoyers know that she shits on every battle past lostbelt 1, every lostbelt afterwards either has divine enemies, berserkers, or rulers as an enemy (or all three)
1:36 Vlad is a ridiculously strong dps, his np hits hard, he has np drain for sustain, and even with buffs from paracelsus and a friend castoria he can nearly loop. Plus he has 2 guts. Vlad is actually lowkey one of the best ST berserkers in the game with that consistent high damage and looping capabilities. Yes, he's reliant on supports, but even hans/paracelsus with a friend castoria will do it.

vlad is absolutely insane dps and lowkey looper after his buffs, he got double guts which is great since it also gives 30%np gain he can drain enemy np which also acts as a 30% battery, and legend of dracula's 30% atk+defense is no joke either. he definitely is not top10 trash 5* of fgo. only ppl that trashtalk him are the ones that burnt his copies before he was good and now are salty lol
I feel compelled to point out that, if anything, star gen is bad with Quick cards, since they already have high innate star gen and star gen works additively (which is why EMIYA and CasGil NPs can double up as star bombs despite being Buster and Arts respectively). Really, Arjuna could be a hell of a star maker... If DW didn't decide to cap out the buff at 50% instead of EMIYA's 100%.
To put my two cents in for OG Arjuna: With his 1st and 2nd skill buffs, I do think he's viable as a Challenge Quest contender. I was reminded of this during the Gorgon Sister Exhibition in Gil Fest 2, as a friend of mine had his Arjuna's skills at Max and at NP2. Turned out to be a surprisingly strong counter pick and ironically carried my Enkidu until it was the Clay Boy and Euryale 1v1.

Okita Alter post all of her buffs has tremendous synergy with Koyanskaya+Oberon.She deals damage close to Arjuna Alter on Cavalry and goes neck to neck with Space Ishtar on Berserkers.
id just like to say void shiki has the second best heal in the game with a 5000 hp heal, something shared with fellow type moon heroine archer artoria down to the exact demerit and skill cooldown they also work surprisingly well together
Well the issue is that archoria has higher card hits and a higher np gain than Void Shiki. Where shiki's np gain needs help. (Give her an np gain buff ffs, DW.) Where Archoria will more often than not have more than 100% np gauge most of the time, so she can utilize the spare np% for some survivalibilty. Which she lacks greatly if you are using her against berserkers. Source: I'm an owner of an Archoria that is fully maxed lv 100 and 10/10/10 and had her since her first banner dropped.
Not really surprised that alot of my favorites are up here but hey I know they're not great Really hope Arjuna and Sigurd get buffed again I'm still salty that Arjuna's NP has instant death against divine rather than Divine dmg scaling like Karna, that alone with how strong his NP dmg is would make him so much better even with a triple arts deck (and perhaps both arts and buster resist down on NP? It's not gonna make him broken considering Dioscuri reduce 2 card resistances as well) As for Sigurd personally even when his buffs are down He still dishes out good dmg with face cards alone since his atk stat is so high, I hope his buster skill gets buffed tho cuz the guts doesn't last long enough and cooldown is too long (appreciate the NP buff tho cuz he is one of my strongest Nukes and the mvp of Oniland raids) either way top tier egg farmer in LB4 :3 and top tier husbando

Welp, one of the good things about Arjuna is his heal over time that lets him offset the drawbacks of shoving him a Black Grail. And I guess him having 3 Arts cards makes it easy to Arts chain with other Servants, mostly Casters. As someone who got spooked six times by him, one has to look for the bright side.
I'm gonna argue that there is something that Artemis could do pretty well in; stalling. She has a high defense up for one turn, she has an Evade, and finally her NP both has a guaranteed drain and a decent Atk down attached to it, so I think she could function pretty well as a stall unit. Euryale has more consistent damage against males, but against non-males Artemis is going to do more damage overall and last longer. I think the main problem Artemis has is that she's just overshadowed by a lot of the SSR Archers and even SR Archers to an extent. A buff to her second skill would help, I think.
That's the problem: Euryale is better for male enemies and there are better higher rarity st archers. The biggest problem I have with her is that fucking arts card. Yes, the base np gain is good, but her arts card only has 1 hit, which is so bad
I use Shiki and I don’t regret it… it’s a bit hard but thanks to the power of Cas Gil and Lan Ling it somewhat works(granted when I realized how well those two support go with Kagetora I’ve been performing miracles with that, super fun to combo imo). As a stall she is what got me through the Indian lostbelt a bit as I did struggle a bit until using her with Waver and the squad to just help her stay alive
as a Okitan haver that threw 700+ sq and didn't came home until her rerun with one ticket. I find Okitan's damages more on phase cards than her NP. I usually use her as a boss killer that can wipe side mobs and she's amazing. excited to get all her buffs in the future
As much as it pains me to say Ur right with the Okita Alter description I rlly do wanna farm with her but she doesnt do enough damage But at least that'll be addressed once Tama Vitch comes to NA
depends of which np lv she is at , rn on na at np1 and 10 10 10 is between 30k and 35K which is correct for an alter ego but low compared to some other classes , after her buff she goes at 40K-45K which is really good at np1 , but dont blame her , she has one of the highest attack in the game , blame the alter ego class which is one of the weakest extra class , the thing is okitan has consistency and high face card dmg , plus crit pretty often , so i dont really agree with her being there at all
heres to hoping maou nobu gets the mhx treatment. its kind of crazy how nobu went from this crit servant they were pushing to a farmer w koyanskaya and oberon although it is pretty expensive. but nothing is too expensive for my nobu in 2 years time

she is already getting it, she only needs an s1 and np buff to get as many buffs as mhx, and nobukatsu already turns her into a strong contender for the best crit unit in the game
I am surprised Miss Crane is not on this list,especially given the criteria at the beginning(your only 5*). All the servants on this list can be used upon getting them and will be an improvement on your account. Miss Crane only works on well developped accounts trying to 3 turn a boss because of her plugsuit effect with her np. the overcharge effect is instant so doesnt help up with setting your damage dealer next Np. And if there is no backline servant you cant use her Np.and to use her Np you need 20 stars, her first skill might help but it restricts team building to servant with costumes and she doesnt have a costume. A niche and hard to use servant that is my pick for worst 5* in the game
It's nothing compared to these. She is a support with a 100% battery and doesn't even take one slot cause she switches out. Also, she is hard to use, that is why most people use her for 3 turn stuff. If you know her kit well she can be huge on challenge quests. Also the restriction is not a problem since most servants nowadays have star bombs on their skills + you can just take a star bomb CE on her to solve that problem.

I love Jinako as a character. Her first skill is one of the best skills in the game. Sadly her second and third skill are nowhere near as good. As much as I love her, I do agree a buff could help her a lot

I love Artoria Bunny, but I agree she is weird to use. If she got a buff, I either want her first skill to have the damage last two turns instead of the next turn. OR decrease skill cooldown on her Np. This way she can be easier to use as a farming Ruler, and she can use her unique skills more often.
This game really just needs to up some hit counts and give more servants the ability to change their np type. It would instantly change the meta for the better and allow for more complicated team-building.
Maou Nobu's buff is called Nobukatsu and he is a FP limited servant tied to Yamataikoku I get the point of her Np and her neash, but having 5 Hit Buster cards + 6 hits on extra + Nobukatsu buffs on her, her Np is negligible, because she will just delete anyone with her sheer amount of DMG from Face-cards alone
As previously I'll go over various notes for the servants. 9) Arjuna's near permanent Debuff immunity allows him to basically hard counter the 5.5 tree. 7) Jinako is a great anchor unit with her 2 kinds of hard defense (skill & NP). The NP Gain issue is also partially remedied in Solo due to her being able to Arts Chain 4) Buntoria, MLB Demonic Bodisatva synergizes well with her S1 3) Sigurd does amazingly well with a support Koyanskaya, she gives the Star Bomb and Star Gather he needs also the charge 2) Schez is a decent secondary attacker, her NP's Debuff resist down synergizes with her S2 and if they aren't Make it makes allies' Debuffs land better. I'd argue her S2 let's her survive better more so than the charm
IMO Nobu is insanely good. You just use her as Spishtar for buster looping. She is also somehow way more consistent than Jalter when used with Merlin. My NP1 Nobu will be grailed and 2k 2k at some point for sure.
Sigurd: It won't fix his fundamentally lackluster performance, but in his IRL lore, he also has Animal Communication (Birds). Kintoki's version gives 50% NP Charge. Probably less for Sigurd, but (20% ~ 30%) NP charge is already nice. And maybe add a voice line for Beni-Enma about him. Vlad III: There's always damage buffs, but he can also be made harder to kill (and thus more likely to survive long enough to get his NP going). Basically, his lore has a bunch of survival abilities, aside from vulnerability to exorcism and sunlight battlefields. E.g. mist form (chance to evade, with higher chance for single target attacks - not guaranteed, but he also has double guts to fall back on), and healing via curse of restoration.
Like you said, every 5* is good if you have good supports. In my waifu's case i just use Andersen and Jane hitting 100k damage per crit on neutral enemies
Qin Shi Huang is definitely a tank as well. I've cheesed so many fights with his kit, like it's hard to really design encounters he can't just walk all over if you use him correctly. Also Orion being cheeked up in that art with Artemis is so funny.
24:00 I love her so much I just hope they make a summer Maou Nobu at this point with The milf, Kipposhi, and regular Nobu taking collective control of the Nobu hivemind. I’m ready to jump ship to another Maou Nobu, they can give it another try to improve her but I doubt they would.
they already make her stupid good tho, maou prebuff only good at one thing and that is atk spam and the problem with that is she cant make use out of those atk but now she can, yeah you need to wait 3 turn for the max value but if we see it in another angle 30% is a avarage, 50% is high, 70% is kinda dumb and while atk isnt rare it is among the rarest to get in this magnitude, yeah a good base dont help you much but if you get a buff that extract a big portion of that base you will make very dumb thing and that is what nobu is. she is now among the best aoe buster looper without class advantage (buster ceiling is kinda bad so this is valuable) albeit it was a little costly, and if you built her dedicated for crit she is actually extreamly good now. she is actually ideal now (a great blank sheet of paper), she is just raw that what make her bad in the first place but now it is what make her so good, if you put effort in that rawness the value it give out is worrth every penny.
Top 2 servants that can make the Scariest Team is Nursery Rhyme and Jack The Ripper! seeing how Jack The Ripper can manipulate humans and servants memories and bring them into a world that can break them emotionally and there minds and Nursery Rhyme can Manipulate the whole environment by turning the whole place into a reality marble to due crazy horrific things like that sleeping king or a forest that steals your memories and identity, these two are truly deadly and scary on how they affect the enivorment and a living beings emotional and mental state

Honestly Arjuna has a fairly strong kit to be considered "the worst." He is a CQ runner. He needs some tweaks to a few things in the kit + an overhaul of the NP, but that aside he's not as bad as others in this list and certainly not the worst.
I think arjuna archer is amazingly good when he facing divine enemy his instant death np is always work. If you have him i suggest you can troll your enemy in lostbelt 5.
I think it would be fun if you made a series on how good you can make a unit with the right setup because even though I don't play this game one thing I do know about this game is that there are a lot of units with a lot of abilities so I'm sure there has to be a meta strategy a strategy they're just completely breaks the game but so I think it would be fun to do a series on the best setups for each unit because the game with this many characters I'm sure you can make pretty much any character viable with the right setup because of how much freedom this game gives you sure it might not be practical but you can make a entertaining series about it.
alright, you finally put one of my favorites as the number 1 on this list, tbh ive only used nobu to eat berserkers and shes never met a ruler or a divine, nice list tho,
I feel the need to mention that there are 60% NP CEs in game that provide decent card buffs that can be used with Bunnytoria if the intent is to be able to launch her NP.
Oh boy some people really missplay Void Shiki. She's one of the most versatile servant in the games because she can be both a Saber Tank or a Saber DSP, and if you have her NP2 like me (F2P btw), she nukes everything, and also while insta kill mechanics are worthless in FGO... they're not in story more where the mobs get insta killed every day, those soldiers in Olympus, wave of beast in India or Babylon, or the knighs in Camelot. Also if you get her some interesting Card Codes instead of healing 5000 HP she can heal up to 7500 HP, and if you put Mashu, Tamamo or Castoria, she literally cannot die and you will keep spamming that art loop forever. There's not good amount of Art Saber AoE servants who can wipe out waves of enemies, doing insane damage but also taking like no tomorrow. They only thing she need to be "top tier" for some people would be her art buff to last instead of 1 turn, 3 turns so you can keep the loop art meme keep going, because your supports will literally get not debuff thank to Shiki. And since Merlin (Foreigner) is out, you can get shiki to be a Art Critic DPS Tank AoE Insta Killer Servant. Void Shiki made me win everything since her release, from Camelot, Babylonia, the EoR, and all the lostbelts. About Artemise, she came from the old content period, she need at least 2 more upgrades to be good, but in her moment, she was ALMOST the only thing that could kill Gawain.
5 stars is pretty easy tbh if we include jp would probably be merlin, skadi, castoria, waver, koyanskaya of light, oberon, muramasa, super orion, himiko, van gogh. maybe others instead of himiko and van gogh but the others are surely the best by needing absolutly no help at all or making any dps be good
As that guy whose first ssr was Arjuna I have some things to say, He compares a lot with Emiya, both having a mismatched deck of 3 arts cards and a buster NP and also having clairvoyance, but they're abismaly different on usability nowadays, Emiya post buffs is by far one of the best AOE archers, can loop with literally no help and has a huge crit potential, while also having at least one hard defense, on the other side, Arjuna post buffs still feels inferior no crit, no evade, no invul, no guts, nothing to keep him alive other than his heal and a 5 turn debuff immune (which is actually broken), the one thing that keeps arjuna from being good is that EVEN with an Arts brave chain he cant fully charge his np bar, the one buff he needs is an added np gain for his arts cards and/or some hard defense, he focuses to much on damage and other things that forgets about surviving while still doing low damage even with his atk stats being on the higher spectrum, also for some goddamn reason his anti divine niche works only on insta kill memes, not even an damage bonus, just insta kill, why do I even need an insta kill that I know wont work against bosses when a damage bonus would be ten times better and make me feel like he actually hits hard, as much as I like him for being my first ssr he has serious problems with his damage and the introduction of tametomo makes him feel even worse
i haven't tried it myself, since i don't really use arts units, but i think Vlad 3 with a Castoria from support and a paracelsus can do pretty amazing stuff.
It's funny how how vlad was first mentioned, as he was my first 5 star and is still one of the first units i bring to challenge quest. You are 100% right with his flaws, because when i got nero bride, he got better, then tamamo appeared, and they became one of my favorite team comps in the game.
His review in itself is spot on, but, unless we're only considering NA, saying he's one of the 10 worst SSRs in the game is asnine when he works amazingly with just one Castoria.
@@engrel I think that in itself is the problem, vlad works best in a team, but not by himself. Compared to cu alter, who loves solo play. Personally i would of put Altera in his spot and taken him off the list because he still hits hella hard, and was the only arts zerk NA had till musashi
On additionnal note about, vlad paracelsus's amazing 3 3rd skill on top of the art buff skill he already give and the append skill make it so you can just put one of the art welfare 5star CE that has a 50% charge and let him do the thing since he would already have 20% on top of the CE. Even better, thanks to his np that got a real buff with an art down on enemy. .Jinako is actually an amazing solo servant, as a support not so much. Scheherazade only issue is that she can only shine against wave of enemies. Yes that s farming, but its not like challenge quests with multiple enemies aren't a thing. She s amazing at spaming her np. Just like vlad, she just need a bit of art supports. Nobu? Heh, I don't think so. I don't even like her but I can admire how she can solo by pulling insane damages thanks to her first skill. Even without class advantage she s super strong. Don't think of her as a team player or at least the only real "support" that work are the ones that die quick. As for honorable mentions Medb is overloaded, she may shine better against males but her skills still do a lot more than just that. Bradamante. She may look like a 4 stars skill-wise but she s surprisingly easy to use despite not having the best damages MHX had so many buff I can't even see how someone would even think about her as a bad option gameplay.
As a big Sigurd simp it hurts to see him and so high but i cant say its wrong. I can say that even without his buffs he can do some nice damage because of his high attack stats. Also give his 2 skill a star bomb and reduce its cooldown and make his 3 skill a star gather and BOOM
I'm still hoping they'll eventually add some rank-ups/updates that increase hit counts on cards. Even if it's just on NPs. There are so many servants that would benefit from it and become more viable, like Shiki, as well as da Vinci and Shuten among others. Not to say any of them are weak or bad, and I use all three mentioned frequently. On the topic of Shiki, something that I'd love to see for all instant-death abilities is dealing damage first. That way you can still generate stars/NP even when it activates, which is its largest detriment to being viable. At least in my opinion; it's never going to be a boss killer, but it should at least be good for clearing trash/adds consistently/repeatedly.
Avenger Nobbu probably gets the biggest buff to her usability of anyone on this list: Nobukatsu. He's cheap to raise, cheap to field, and basically exists for the sole purpose of making Nobbus good. Archer and Zerker Nobbu both benefit from Katsu's skills, but it's pretty obvious that he was designed to help out Avenger Nobbu most of all. He brings: A 30% Buster Resist Down to a single enemy 15 stars per turn for 3 turns, an 80% Nobunaga crit damage buff, and an 5000% Nobunaga star gather rate up A self taunt that also triggers a heal when he dies All combined with a self-sacrifice NP that charges the rest of the party's NPs, buffs their Buster cards, plus adds an extra Buster buff for all his Nobbu allies. Nobukatsu basically gives Demon King Nobunaga a whole new kit to work with while simultaneously being obtainable from the Friend Point gacha during the Yamatai-koku Guda Guda later this year for NA.
I do agree with your problems with nobu but i do want to point out her best support is a 1 star everyone can get during an event. In a vacuum shes awful but with nobukatsu she hits pretty hard as a crit servant.
Yeah the biggest problem with Avengers are their atrocious star weight, IIRC Berserkers have better star weight. Nobu mama having the at least star absorb would help her a lot
I have to disagree with the not including support, who isn’t using the top tier support these days? No one is going solo other then for holy grail front. Vlad with his recent buff should be off this list. Scheherazade is a top tier farmer, and shine in her niche

Got Bunny Artoria, and I personally find she does well as a last servant. Second highest hp, I believe that's still true, and she's a Ruler. Giving her the effective most hp in the game. Her Ruler classing also means her attack is slightly better than shown. Couple that with three different steroids and she performs better than it looks. My only grievance is the 40% charge. It means you need to unlock the mana loading append if you want to farm with her.
Never understood why people still think that Shiki needs to focus on her NP more than anything, her NP is great for damage but her role is being a super tank that goes for high damage arts cards, not a NP looper and/or abuser. She really doesn't belong in this video.
As someone with both a Level 100 Shiki and Level 100 Schez, I will say that having the premier supports boosts their viability quite a bit. There are better options sure but they can put in the work. Also Shiki is not a farmer, she’s more of a stall oriented DPS. And as someone with a grailed Bunnytoria I can say that she is pretty bad ☹️

Back during my first account i got lucky and the 5 stars i had were void shiki, tamacaster, and nightingale. I would just pick a merlin or waver for my support with tamacaster and shiki as a frontline and spam NP's all this to say, shiki is one of my favourite characters and i'll always use her if i get her unless it's only archers as enemies
As a Vlad simp… yeah, he belongs here. Legend of Dracula helps out his damage and I can get his Buster cards to hit for 20K with that at level 6 alone, but Herc can do comparable damage with Valor at level 4. His third skill buff gives him much needed NP gain up for an Arts Berserker, but the second guts goes away after only 1 turn?! And why has Vampirism not been buffed yet; his bio even says it inflicts charm which would help stun enemies and make him slightly tankier. And good god you know you screwed up when you have to buff an NP twice.
@@lord_boneman Hmm, well I just looked and rather surprisingly yes, all the tier lists I can find place him higher, sometimes WAY higher, which even I find odd as on paper she looks very damn good. So if I were to speculate, on paper, I'm guessing it is because she's pure buster deck, which is unfortunate. Everything else about her kit is good, but it acts very selfish for NP gain, which is not good for an arts team. That means her support can't get their phantasms off as consistently and quickly, which can cost you and evens cost her directly because she's not getting those free 20% boosts from arts chains. So I think on a short battle she's probably better as 1 card less out of 15 isn't that big a deal but only slightly still, but on longer battles, that difference starts to come to light, especially with vlad's star bombs and it is costing her. But that is just a guess from what I'm seeing on paper as I haven't personally used her.
Vlad is bad on his own. Like, if you don't have him or any of the top supports and you pick him from the support list, he is pretty bad, though his buffs does make him a lot better than before. Though if you do have vlad of your own, then that gives you an option to pick castoria or Tammy from the friend list. If you have those supports in your account, even better

Wait, Maou... After her buffs and the addition of Nobukatsu? She shouldn't be anywhere near that low really, she's definitely better than the likes of Altera or Bradamante. Also why is Vlad here? His skillset is pretty good and NP is amazing, he just suffers a bit due to bad internals, but his NP gain ends up being average with his NP gain up and arts resist down. He is genuinely very good even without meta teams

Maou with JP buffs is pretty good. All 3 types of damage buffs AND a supereffective mod on NP? Check! Keep in mind, almost every single divine enemy has sky attribute as well, so these effects work well together. Red buttons to press whenever NP isn't ready? Check! That one is particularly important since buster brave chains do a shit ton more damage than any other combination of cards. Hard defense? Check! You don't even have to worry about buff removal! And I don't know why are y'all fixated on the fact that 70% attack buff is only available for 1 turn, since 50% is also pretty good, and she has at least that much for 2 turns. Here's a thing: if you exclude super supports, there is an avenger that is waaay worse then Nobu - it's Dantes. His card deck is dogshit lancer one, so no NP gain and no real brave chaining. No hard survivability. He has a star bomb, but no star weight buff (so does Maou, but she at least can make use of it if she is left alone on the field, Dantes can't be left alone since he is going to die in that case). He can buff his attack by 50% for 1 turn. That's it. No other types of damage buffs. I know that People remember Maou more vivdly since she came out right after Godjuna, but Dantes has been awful for a very long time until Skadi came along, and on JP, Skadi system is the least stable one out of the three. You know who else sucks? Kintoki. Only 1 turn of damage (only on np since he can't crit), after which he is useless. No hard survivability is a death sentence for Berserkers. Also, he does less damage at NP1 than Jalter berserker, so he isn't even that good at his job. I know that back in the first year of FGO he was pretty okay, but game was easier back then. Now he doesn't make the cut.
The only avengers that are good solo are Nobu and Jalter, the four stars, Spishtar and Dantes are all pretty bad without OP supports to carry them (with the four stars being kinda bad even with supports)
I don't know how much it would help Okita Alter in terms of viability but what if on her 30% Buster/Quick she also was able to shift her NP type between the two in terms of a strengthening? That'd at very least expand the number of supports that could really help her out.

I pulled THREE nobu avengers trying to get the damn 3 star Mori. I don't know how that happened, but I'm not complaining, even if she is the worst five star.
How about Hijikata? Is he decent or bad? Him being a berserker is a double edge sword, low np gain/1 art card, his np is also niche (lower hp higher dmg) and also ST, hard to keep him barely alive. His skill is suitable for the niche but not that effective in practical use, his buster crit brave chain can go brrr in 1 turn but that's all.
I have Scheherazade at 90 and with several command codes and boosts to her cards. Despite everything I hear, she still is my main AOE DPS caster. Yes, I have Tamamo and Castoria that buff her and make her even stronger, but on her own, she's still a great unit. I had fun customizing her to be able to dish burn damage, making her a good team member for Yang Guifei. Even the "worst" servants can be turned into excellent units if you take your time to develop them into killing machines.
I was kind of surprise to not see Jeanne on the list since now that Castoria exist and is on everyone support list she is outclass on the only good part of her kit and her mediocre skill definitely won't make up for it.

huh. Vlad is literally one of the best ST dps in the game because hes a np spamming berserker whos kit has some of the highest synergy with tamamo/castoria I cant fathom how anyone can put him in the bottom 10 tbh.
If you can get him to snowball he’s absolutely insane. It’s getting to that point without the best supports that’s the challenge. At least in my experience

@@KANISAMA. To be fair she's pretty mediocre due to her s2 Atk buff being for only 3 attacks and in farming she requires you to own Koyan and Oberon to get the most out of her. There is a roundabout way to make her 3t farm but it does much less damage since you have to get rid of 1 Koyan of Light and replace for a less desirable 50% charger.
The set up still requires you to have MLB scope or Mana Loading lvl 10 + 2 SSRs (granted Waver is basically free), while the Oberon Double Koyan comp does not.
Her most recent buff at least gives her a good niche against Cavalry/Zerks with Sky attribute, but she is definitely not great.
I feel like most of these servants can be summed up as "Atrocious because no NP Gain." If they somehow increased all of these servant's NP gain by 1%, they'd suddenly be far more viable.

Funny that you mentioned Artimes because she was my first ever 5 star servant, as well as being the only 5 star who got her NP leveled up. I may rarely ever used her, but I consider her to be the main reason for why I got one of favorites and anticipated Servants, Super Orion. I had planned on getting her max her out, basically dressing her up for the main Chad to come up to her and take her out. And it worked! I hadn't been able to max her out unfortunately, but I'm guessing Orion didn't want to keep a lady in waiting and leave her alleged wingman efforts be in vain.

She was my first spook on my old account as well and I loved using Artemis. Her kit carried me through the early game for FGO, even if it isn't as good these days. Honestly, the buff I really want them to give her is a spiritron dress of the lostbelt Artemis- that Artemis looks amazing!!!

I knew who your #1 was gonna be once i realized everyone here is a "Feast or Famine" type of servant. Basically what makes any servant bad is when they over invest their skills into hyper-specific uses. There's a reason Waver is considered top tier, there's no fight or team that leaves you worse off for including him.
Fun fact: Most of the art servants here can loop surprisingly well. Ive seen setups where Vlad III loops 5+ times. Scheherazade can also be used as a farmer completely ignoring her original intended niche.
They may be bad in NA, but they're great in JP, and, thinking again, I have a hard time saying Scheherazade is bad in NA. Granted their adavantage lies in being really compatible with Castoria and Tamamo, but that's what is needed nowadays as a base, if you don't have it, you won't peform well, unless you're a fringe case, like Lancer Ryouma.
What kills Bunny Artoria is that her ATK status is the same as Vanilla Jeanne.

Honestly I don't think it's really fair to not take support servants into consideration, since some servants were kinda seemingly build for certain support units or at the very least their buffs were made with it in mind. Even if we only consider budget 3 star or lower supports, some servants on this list wouldn't be on this list lol. Vlad is pretty good even with budget arts supports such as Paracelsus and maybe an art support from the friend list for example. The biggest crime though would be not factoring Nobukatsu into the Nobunaga evaluation imo, considering he was literally made for her and is an easy to get friendship summon unit. With Nobukatsu alone Demon Nobu's usability increases a ton. I also think framing her gameplay as a one turn big damage np is a mistake. As much as it hurts me, her np is pretty terrible and I think except for being useable to clear buffs against divine enemies, it's prob better to think of it as nonexistent. Where she truly shines is her straight up facecard buster crit damage imo. With a triple buster deck, 6 hits on buster, 5 hits extra, along with a very high scaling attack buff, sky dmg modifier, and buster up all lasting 3 turns she's going to be doing some incredible crit damage, and hopefully some buster chains, especially with the buffs that Nobukatsu and other supports can provide.

I heavily Disagree with the Nobu placement primarily because out of all the units she’s been given buffs that improve her significantly and pairs the easiest with budget all budget supports especially her brother. Also neutral damage isn’t bad when you have a triple buster deck that is especially useful in multi class situations. I would agree though from an NP damage standpoint though she is poor outside of niche. I would argue that her niche is much more viable and important than Artemis’s.
Koyan and Oberon make into a tactical nuke. Ya know that 70% ATK buff on turn 3? Well, make that 130%, due to Koyanskaya gimicks. Is enemy Sky/Divine? That one is DEAD

Proud owner of a Np 5 Lv. 100 Scheherazade. Love her, but outside of king fights and farming, she’s not that great.
She's AoE, I wouldn't expect to use her on harder scenarios where she doesn't have class advantage, though she does hit well with Double Castoria + Tamamo for neutral farming at NP2+ if needed.

Demon King Nobu Enjoyers know that she shits on every battle past lostbelt 1, every lostbelt afterwards either has divine enemies, berserkers, or rulers as an enemy (or all three)

Vlad is a ridiculously strong dps, his np hits hard, he has np drain for sustain, and even with buffs from paracelsus and a friend castoria he can nearly loop. Plus he has 2 guts. Vlad is actually lowkey one of the best ST berserkers in the game with that consistent high damage and looping capabilities. Yes, he's reliant on supports, but even hans/paracelsus with a friend castoria will do it.

I feel compelled to point out that, if anything, star gen is bad with Quick cards, since they already have high innate star gen and star gen works additively (which is why EMIYA and CasGil NPs can double up as star bombs despite being Buster and Arts respectively).
Really, Arjuna could be a hell of a star maker... If DW didn't decide to cap out the buff at 50% instead of EMIYA's 100%.
To put my two cents in for OG Arjuna: With his 1st and 2nd skill buffs, I do think he's viable as a Challenge Quest contender. I was reminded of this during the Gorgon Sister Exhibition in Gil Fest 2, as a friend of mine had his Arjuna's skills at Max and at NP2. Turned out to be a surprisingly strong counter pick and ironically carried my Enkidu until it was the Clay Boy and Euryale 1v1.

Okita Alter post all of her buffs has tremendous synergy with Koyanskaya+Oberon.She deals damage close to Arjuna Alter on Cavalry and goes neck to neck with Space Ishtar on Berserkers.
id just like to say void shiki has the second best heal in the game with a 5000 hp heal, something shared with fellow type moon heroine archer artoria down to the exact demerit and skill cooldown

Well the issue is that archoria has higher card hits and a higher np gain than Void Shiki. Where shiki's np gain needs help. (Give her an np gain buff ffs, DW.)
Where Archoria will more often than not have more than 100% np gauge most of the time, so she can utilize the spare np% for some survivalibilty. Which she lacks greatly if you are using her against berserkers.
Source: I'm an owner of an Archoria that is fully maxed lv 100 and 10/10/10 and had her since her first banner dropped.

I'm still salty that Arjuna's NP has instant death against divine rather than Divine dmg scaling like Karna, that alone with how strong his NP dmg is would make him so much better even with a triple arts deck (and perhaps both arts and buster resist down on NP? It's not gonna make him broken considering Dioscuri reduce 2 card resistances as well)
As for Sigurd personally even when his buffs are down He still dishes out good dmg with face cards alone since his atk stat is so high, I hope his buster skill gets buffed tho cuz the guts doesn't last long enough and cooldown is too long (appreciate the NP buff tho cuz he is one of my strongest Nukes and the mvp of Oniland raids) either way top tier egg farmer in LB4 :3 and top tier husbando

Welp, one of the good things about Arjuna is his heal over time that lets him offset the drawbacks of shoving him a Black Grail. And I guess him having 3 Arts cards makes it easy to Arts chain with other Servants, mostly Casters.
As someone who got spooked six times by him, one has to look for the bright side.
I'm gonna argue that there is something that Artemis could do pretty well in; stalling. She has a high defense up for one turn, she has an Evade, and finally her NP both has a guaranteed drain and a decent Atk down attached to it, so I think she could function pretty well as a stall unit. Euryale has more consistent damage against males, but against non-males Artemis is going to do more damage overall and last longer. I think the main problem Artemis has is that she's just overshadowed by a lot of the SSR Archers and even SR Archers to an extent. A buff to her second skill would help, I think.
That's the problem: Euryale is better for male enemies and there are better higher rarity st archers. The biggest problem I have with her is that fucking arts card. Yes, the base np gain is good, but her arts card only has 1 hit, which is so bad
And basically is there's no males to fight against you're running with only 2skills :(

I use Shiki and I don’t regret it… it’s a bit hard but thanks to the power of Cas Gil and Lan Ling it somewhat works(granted when I realized how well those two support go with Kagetora I’ve been performing miracles with that, super fun to combo imo). As a stall she is what got me through the Indian lostbelt a bit as I did struggle a bit until using her with Waver and the squad to just help her stay alive
as a Okitan haver that threw 700+ sq and didn't came home until her rerun with one ticket. I find Okitan's damages more on phase cards than her NP.
I usually use her as a boss killer that can wipe side mobs and she's amazing. excited to get all her buffs in the future

depends of which np lv she is at , rn on na at np1 and 10 10 10 is between 30k and 35K which is correct for an alter ego but low compared to some other classes , after her buff she goes at 40K-45K which is really good at np1 , but dont blame her , she has one of the highest attack in the game , blame the alter ego class which is one of the weakest extra class , the thing is okitan has consistency and high face card dmg , plus crit pretty often , so i dont really agree with her being there at all
heres to hoping maou nobu gets the mhx treatment. its kind of crazy how nobu went from this crit servant they were pushing to a farmer w koyanskaya and oberon although it is pretty expensive. but nothing is too expensive for my nobu in 2 years time

she is already getting it, she only needs an s1 and np buff to get as many buffs as mhx, and nobukatsu already turns her into a strong contender for the best crit unit in the game
I am surprised Miss Crane is not on this list,especially given the criteria at the beginning(your only 5*). All the servants on this list can be used upon getting them and will be an improvement on your account. Miss Crane only works on well developped accounts trying to 3 turn a boss because of her plugsuit effect with her np. the overcharge effect is instant so doesnt help up with setting your damage dealer next Np. And if there is no backline servant you cant use her Np.and to use her Np you need 20 stars, her first skill might help but it restricts team building to servant with costumes and she doesnt have a costume. A niche and hard to use servant that is my pick for worst 5* in the game
It's nothing compared to these. She is a support with a 100% battery and doesn't even take one slot cause she switches out. Also, she is hard to use, that is why most people use her for 3 turn stuff. If you know her kit well she can be huge on challenge quests. Also the restriction is not a problem since most servants nowadays have star bombs on their skills + you can just take a star bomb CE on her to solve that problem.

I love Artoria Bunny, but I agree she is weird to use. If she got a buff, I either want her first skill to have the damage last two turns instead of the next turn. OR decrease skill cooldown on her Np. This way she can be easier to use as a farming Ruler, and she can use her unique skills more often.
The issue with Sigurd is not Sigfried, but Musashi....
This game really just needs to up some hit counts and give more servants the ability to change their np type. It would instantly change the meta for the better and allow for more complicated team-building.
Maou Nobu's buff is called Nobukatsu and he is a FP limited servant tied to Yamataikoku
I get the point of her Np and her neash, but having 5 Hit Buster cards + 6 hits on extra + Nobukatsu buffs on her, her Np is negligible, because she will just delete anyone with her sheer amount of DMG from Face-cards alone
As previously I'll go over various notes for the servants.
9) Arjuna's near permanent Debuff immunity allows him to basically hard counter the 5.5 tree.
7) Jinako is a great anchor unit with her 2 kinds of hard defense (skill & NP). The NP Gain issue is also partially remedied in Solo due to her being able to Arts Chain
4) Buntoria, MLB Demonic Bodisatva synergizes well with her S1
3) Sigurd does amazingly well with a support Koyanskaya, she gives the Star Bomb and Star Gather he needs also the charge
2) Schez is a decent secondary attacker, her NP's Debuff resist down synergizes with her S2 and if they aren't Make it makes allies' Debuffs land better. I'd argue her S2 let's her survive better more so than the charm
IMO Nobu is insanely good. You just use her as Spishtar for buster looping. She is also somehow way more consistent than Jalter when used with Merlin. My NP1 Nobu will be grailed and 2k 2k at some point for sure.
She’s also an insane challenge quest and boss killer, much more than Jalter and Spishtar
Sigurd: It won't fix his fundamentally lackluster performance, but in his IRL lore, he also has Animal Communication (Birds). Kintoki's version gives 50% NP Charge. Probably less for Sigurd, but (20% ~ 30%) NP charge is already nice. And maybe add a voice line for Beni-Enma about him.
Vlad III: There's always damage buffs, but he can also be made harder to kill (and thus more likely to survive long enough to get his NP going). Basically, his lore has a bunch of survival abilities, aside from vulnerability to exorcism and sunlight battlefields. E.g. mist form (chance to evade, with higher chance for single target attacks - not guaranteed, but he also has double guts to fall back on), and healing via curse of restoration.
I know absolutely nothing about FGO and despite this i find your videos super entertaining. Keep up the good work!

Like you said, every 5* is good if you have good supports. In my waifu's case i just use Andersen and Jane hitting 100k damage per crit on neutral enemies

Qin Shi Huang is definitely a tank as well. I've cheesed so many fights with his kit, like it's hard to really design encounters he can't just walk all over if you use him correctly.

24:00 I love her so much I just hope they make a summer Maou Nobu at this point with The milf, Kipposhi, and regular Nobu taking collective control of the Nobu hivemind. I’m ready to jump ship to another Maou Nobu, they can give it another try to improve her but I doubt they would.
they already make her stupid good tho, maou prebuff only good at one thing and that is atk spam and the problem with that is she cant make use out of those atk but now she can, yeah you need to wait 3 turn for the max value but if we see it in another angle 30% is a avarage, 50% is high, 70% is kinda dumb and while atk isnt rare it is among the rarest to get in this magnitude, yeah a good base dont help you much but if you get a buff that extract a big portion of that base you will make very dumb thing and that is what nobu is.
she is now among the best aoe buster looper without class advantage (buster ceiling is kinda bad so this is valuable) albeit it was a little costly, and if you built her dedicated for crit she is actually extreamly good now.
she is actually ideal now (a great blank sheet of paper), she is just raw that what make her bad in the first place but now it is what make her so good, if you put effort in that rawness the value it give out is worrth every penny.

Top 2 servants that can make the Scariest Team is Nursery Rhyme and Jack The Ripper! seeing how Jack The Ripper can manipulate humans and servants memories and bring them into a world that can break them emotionally and there minds and Nursery Rhyme can Manipulate the whole environment by turning the whole place into a reality marble to due crazy horrific things like that sleeping king or a forest that steals your memories and identity, these two are truly deadly and scary on how they affect the enivorment and a living beings emotional and mental state

Honestly Arjuna has a fairly strong kit to be considered "the worst." He is a CQ runner. He needs some tweaks to a few things in the kit + an overhaul of the NP, but that aside he's not as bad as others in this list and certainly not the worst.

I think it would be fun if you made a series on how good you can make a unit with the right setup because even though I don't play this game one thing I do know about this game is that there are a lot of units with a lot of abilities so I'm sure there has to be a meta strategy a strategy they're just completely breaks the game but so I think it would be fun to do a series on the best setups for each unit because the game with this many characters I'm sure you can make pretty much any character viable with the right setup because of how much freedom this game gives you sure it might not be practical but you can make a entertaining series about it.
While I do love this idea, i feel it could very easily deteriorate down to "just bring a merlin/waver/skadi/castoria" for most of if not all servants.

I feel the need to mention that there are 60% NP CEs in game that provide decent card buffs that can be used with Bunnytoria if the intent is to be able to launch her NP.

Oh boy some people really missplay Void Shiki. She's one of the most versatile servant in the games because she can be both a Saber Tank or a Saber DSP, and if you have her NP2 like me (F2P btw), she nukes everything, and also while insta kill mechanics are worthless in FGO... they're not in story more where the mobs get insta killed every day, those soldiers in Olympus, wave of beast in India or Babylon, or the knighs in Camelot. Also if you get her some interesting Card Codes instead of healing 5000 HP she can heal up to 7500 HP, and if you put Mashu, Tamamo or Castoria, she literally cannot die and you will keep spamming that art loop forever. There's not good amount of Art Saber AoE servants who can wipe out waves of enemies, doing insane damage but also taking like no tomorrow.
They only thing she need to be "top tier" for some people would be her art buff to last instead of 1 turn, 3 turns so you can keep the loop art meme keep going, because your supports will literally get not debuff thank to Shiki. And since Merlin (Foreigner) is out, you can get shiki to be a Art Critic DPS Tank AoE Insta Killer Servant.
Void Shiki made me win everything since her release, from Camelot, Babylonia, the EoR, and all the lostbelts.
About Artemise, she came from the old content period, she need at least 2 more upgrades to be good, but in her moment, she was ALMOST the only thing that could kill Gawain.

5 stars is pretty easy tbh if we include jp would probably be merlin, skadi, castoria, waver, koyanskaya of light, oberon, muramasa, super orion, himiko, van gogh. maybe others instead of himiko and van gogh but the others are surely the best by needing absolutly no help at all or making any dps be good

As that guy whose first ssr was Arjuna I have some things to say, He compares a lot with Emiya, both having a mismatched deck of 3 arts cards and a buster NP and also having clairvoyance, but they're abismaly different on usability nowadays, Emiya post buffs is by far one of the best AOE archers, can loop with literally no help and has a huge crit potential, while also having at least one hard defense, on the other side, Arjuna post buffs still feels inferior no crit, no evade, no invul, no guts, nothing to keep him alive other than his heal and a 5 turn debuff immune (which is actually broken), the one thing that keeps arjuna from being good is that EVEN with an Arts brave chain he cant fully charge his np bar, the one buff he needs is an added np gain for his arts cards and/or some hard defense, he focuses to much on damage and other things that forgets about surviving while still doing low damage even with his atk stats being on the higher spectrum, also for some goddamn reason his anti divine niche works only on insta kill memes, not even an damage bonus, just insta kill, why do I even need an insta kill that I know wont work against bosses when a damage bonus would be ten times better and make me feel like he actually hits hard, as much as I like him for being my first ssr he has serious problems with his damage and the introduction of tametomo makes him feel even worse
i haven't tried it myself, since i don't really use arts units, but i think Vlad 3 with a Castoria from support and a paracelsus can do pretty amazing stuff.

It's funny how how vlad was first mentioned, as he was my first 5 star and is still one of the first units i bring to challenge quest. You are 100% right with his flaws, because when i got nero bride, he got better, then tamamo appeared, and they became one of my favorite team comps in the game.
His review in itself is spot on, but, unless we're only considering NA, saying he's one of the 10 worst SSRs in the game is asnine when he works amazingly with just one Castoria.
@@engrel I think that in itself is the problem, vlad works best in a team, but not by himself. Compared to cu alter, who loves solo play. Personally i would of put Altera in his spot and taken him off the list because he still hits hella hard, and was the only arts zerk NA had till musashi
On additionnal note about, vlad paracelsus's amazing 3 3rd skill on top of the art buff skill he already give and the append skill make it so you can just put one of the art welfare 5star CE that has a 50% charge and let him do the thing since he would already have 20% on top of the CE.
Even better, thanks to his np that got a real buff with an art down on enemy.

Even without class advantage she s super strong.
Don't think of her as a team player or at least the only real "support" that work are the ones that die quick.

Medb is overloaded, she may shine better against males but her skills still do a lot more than just that.
Bradamante. She may look like a 4 stars skill-wise but she s surprisingly easy to use despite not having the best damages
MHX had so many buff I can't even see how someone would even think about her as a bad option gameplay.
As a big Sigurd simp it hurts to see him and so high but i cant say its wrong. I can say that even without his buffs he can do some nice damage because of his high attack stats. Also give his 2 skill a star bomb and reduce its cooldown and make his 3 skill a star gather and BOOM

I'm still hoping they'll eventually add some rank-ups/updates that increase hit counts on cards. Even if it's just on NPs. There are so many servants that would benefit from it and become more viable, like Shiki, as well as da Vinci and Shuten among others. Not to say any of them are weak or bad, and I use all three mentioned frequently.
On the topic of Shiki, something that I'd love to see for all instant-death abilities is dealing damage first. That way you can still generate stars/NP even when it activates, which is its largest detriment to being viable. At least in my opinion; it's never going to be a boss killer, but it should at least be good for clearing trash/adds consistently/repeatedly.
Avenger Nobbu probably gets the biggest buff to her usability of anyone on this list: Nobukatsu. He's cheap to raise, cheap to field, and basically exists for the sole purpose of making Nobbus good. Archer and Zerker Nobbu both benefit from Katsu's skills, but it's pretty obvious that he was designed to help out Avenger Nobbu most of all. He brings:
A 30% Buster Resist Down to a single enemy
15 stars per turn for 3 turns, an 80% Nobunaga crit damage buff, and an 5000% Nobunaga star gather rate up
A self taunt that also triggers a heal when he dies
All combined with a self-sacrifice NP that charges the rest of the party's NPs, buffs their Buster cards, plus adds an extra Buster buff for all his Nobbu allies. Nobukatsu basically gives Demon King Nobunaga a whole new kit to work with while simultaneously being obtainable from the Friend Point gacha during the Yamatai-koku Guda Guda later this year for NA.
*100% crit damage
Now imagine having 2 nobukatsu.

I do agree with your problems with nobu but i do want to point out her best support is a 1 star everyone can get during an event. In a vacuum shes awful but with nobukatsu she hits pretty hard as a crit servant.
Yeah the biggest problem with Avengers are their atrocious star weight, IIRC Berserkers have better star weight. Nobu mama having the at least star absorb would help her a lot
I have to disagree with the not including support, who isn’t using the top tier support these days? No one is going solo other then for holy grail front. Vlad with his recent buff should be off this list. Scheherazade is a top tier farmer, and shine in her niche

@@fgostoryteller2168 for most 3T farming you need double systems or at least another Big support to pair with the friend one like Tamamo/Bride/Waver. Otherwise you have to rely on face cards
Got Bunny Artoria, and I personally find she does well as a last servant. Second highest hp, I believe that's still true, and she's a Ruler. Giving her the effective most hp in the game. Her Ruler classing also means her attack is slightly better than shown. Couple that with three different steroids and she performs better than it looks. My only grievance is the 40% charge. It means you need to unlock the mana loading append if you want to farm with her.

As someone with both a Level 100 Shiki and Level 100 Schez, I will say that having the premier supports boosts their viability quite a bit. There are better options sure but they can put in the work. Also Shiki is not a farmer, she’s more of a stall oriented DPS.
And as someone with a grailed Bunnytoria I can say that she is pretty bad ☹️

Back during my first account i got lucky and the 5 stars i had were void shiki, tamacaster, and nightingale. I would just pick a merlin or waver for my support with tamacaster and shiki as a frontline and spam NP's all this to say, shiki is one of my favourite characters and i'll always use her if i get her unless it's only archers as enemies

As a Vlad simp… yeah, he belongs here. Legend of Dracula helps out his damage and I can get his Buster cards to hit for 20K with that at level 6 alone, but Herc can do comparable damage with Valor at level 4. His third skill buff gives him much needed NP gain up for an Arts Berserker, but the second guts goes away after only 1 turn?! And why has Vampirism not been buffed yet; his bio even says it inflicts charm which would help stun enemies and make him slightly tankier. And good god you know you screwed up when you have to buff an NP twice.
He's one of the best berserkers in JP right now though. He's probably the best ST berserker in the game for raids.

@@lord_boneman Hmm, well I just looked and rather surprisingly yes, all the tier lists I can find place him higher, sometimes WAY higher, which even I find odd as on paper she looks very damn good. So if I were to speculate, on paper, I'm guessing it is because she's pure buster deck, which is unfortunate. Everything else about her kit is good, but it acts very selfish for NP gain, which is not good for an arts team. That means her support can't get their phantasms off as consistently and quickly, which can cost you and evens cost her directly because she's not getting those free 20% boosts from arts chains. So I think on a short battle she's probably better as 1 card less out of 15 isn't that big a deal but only slightly still, but on longer battles, that difference starts to come to light, especially with vlad's star bombs and it is costing her. But that is just a guess from what I'm seeing on paper as I haven't personally used her.
Vlad is bad on his own. Like, if you don't have him or any of the top supports and you pick him from the support list, he is pretty bad, though his buffs does make him a lot better than before. Though if you do have vlad of your own, then that gives you an option to pick castoria or Tammy from the friend list. If you have those supports in your account, even better
@@lookingforlove839 Yeah, I think you nailed the problem. Other servants can perform on their own, but he seems to only properly function in an Arts setup. I know I used him against Goetia with an Arts team, and he could sort of loop.
Wait, Maou... After her buffs and the addition of Nobukatsu? She shouldn't be anywhere near that low really, she's definitely better than the likes of Altera or Bradamante. Also why is Vlad here? His skillset is pretty good and NP is amazing, he just suffers a bit due to bad internals, but his NP gain ends up being average with his NP gain up and arts resist down. He is genuinely very good even without meta teams

Because she is a caster notorious for using her stories. Unless she really does something, I'm not acknowledging her words. If anything, i can see her using us as a shield if the enemy targets her, despite what she says
Maou with JP buffs is pretty good. All 3 types of damage buffs AND a supereffective mod on NP? Check! Keep in mind, almost every single divine enemy has sky attribute as well, so these effects work well together. Red buttons to press whenever NP isn't ready? Check! That one is particularly important since buster brave chains do a shit ton more damage than any other combination of cards. Hard defense? Check! You don't even have to worry about buff removal! And I don't know why are y'all fixated on the fact that 70% attack buff is only available for 1 turn, since 50% is also pretty good, and she has at least that much for 2 turns.
Here's a thing: if you exclude super supports, there is an avenger that is waaay worse then Nobu - it's Dantes. His card deck is dogshit lancer one, so no NP gain and no real brave chaining. No hard survivability. He has a star bomb, but no star weight buff (so does Maou, but she at least can make use of it if she is left alone on the field, Dantes can't be left alone since he is going to die in that case). He can buff his attack by 50% for 1 turn. That's it. No other types of damage buffs. I know that People remember Maou more vivdly since she came out right after Godjuna, but Dantes has been awful for a very long time until Skadi came along, and on JP, Skadi system is the least stable one out of the three.
You know who else sucks? Kintoki. Only 1 turn of damage (only on np since he can't crit), after which he is useless. No hard survivability is a death sentence for Berserkers. Also, he does less damage at NP1 than Jalter berserker, so he isn't even that good at his job. I know that back in the first year of FGO he was pretty okay, but game was easier back then. Now he doesn't make the cut.
Yeah i agree with u, specially for Kintoki, who is very strong, but he NEED double koyanskaya for being good.
Nobu is far more flexible.
The only avengers that are good solo are Nobu and Jalter, the four stars, Spishtar and Dantes are all pretty bad without OP supports to carry them (with the four stars being kinda bad even with supports)
I don't know how much it would help Okita Alter in terms of viability but what if on her 30% Buster/Quick she also was able to shift her NP type between the two in terms of a strengthening?
That'd at very least expand the number of supports that could really help her out.

The only buff Maou Nobunaga has is a mere Simp which set's her role as a Buster Crit Avenger
How about Hijikata? Is he decent or bad? Him being a berserker is a double edge sword, low np gain/1 art card, his np is also niche (lower hp higher dmg) and also ST, hard to keep him barely alive. His skill is suitable for the niche but not that effective in practical use, his buster crit brave chain can go brrr in 1 turn but that's all.
Fun fact: Tamamo was the very first 5* summon I ever got, and on my 2nd x10 pull no less.
I have Scheherazade at 90 and with several command codes and boosts to her cards. Despite everything I hear, she still is my main AOE DPS caster. Yes, I have Tamamo and Castoria that buff her and make her even stronger, but on her own, she's still a great unit. I had fun customizing her to be able to dish burn damage, making her a good team member for Yang Guifei. Even the "worst" servants can be turned into excellent units if you take your time to develop them into killing machines.
I was kind of surprise to not see Jeanne on the list since now that Castoria exist and is on everyone support list she is outclass on the only good part of her kit and her mediocre skill definitely won't make up for it.
I may be wrong, but this list feels NA based, wheter it was intentionaly or not , it's the only way Vlad makes sense being here.

Vlad is literally one of the best ST dps in the game because hes a np spamming berserker whos kit has some of the highest synergy with tamamo/castoria I cant fathom how anyone can put him in the bottom 10 tbh.
I mean, he did specify he isn't taking in consideration synergy with other five stars and such.
If you can get him to snowball he’s absolutely insane. It’s getting to that point without the best supports that’s the challenge. At least in my experience
