Somethings to note are: Quetz is said to use a human vessel that they used during the age of God since the Aztec gods were said to possess humans (in fate). This is why quetz had goddess core EX iirc because she is basically how she was during the age of Gods. Also something I find funny is that the reason kama chose sakura (or at least the dark side of her) was literally to spite parvati. Something along the lines the good side was already being used by parvati so she only finds it fitting to manifest in dark sakura specifically. I love this level of pettiness.
It’s like quetz has a custom made vessel tailor made for her while other goddesses have to find compatibility but not exact vessels that don’t perfect demonstrate their figures.

Fragarach's working principle is described by it's chant in Hollow Ataraxia: "Answerer: that which comes later cuts first". Essentially, if an enemy were to use an ultimate move that was sure to kill her, Fragarach rewrites the timeline so that its retaliation happens first. The opponents attack has to be an ultimate move otherwise the retaliation isn't strong enough to kill them, but if it is their NP, then it would surely kill them before they end up using it, preventing them from attacking alltogether (unless the attack in its principle doesn't care about cause and effect, like Gae Bolg). Verg Avesta, on the other hand, affects an enemy based on how much damage Angra had withstood, and requires him to survive it to be able to retaliate. That's how they (Bazett + Angra) won against Saber in one of the loops.
People say Gilgamesh has a lot of bullshit going on with him yet no one thinks for a second how Fragarach is literally the bullshittiest thing in Fate.

Well we meet jaguar ~10000 years before taiga is even born in ancient Babylon same with ishtar. But even then it’s arguable that the pseudo servants we meet in game aren’t technically servants until we summon them to Chaldea. From that same version of Babylon quetzequotal was possessing a living girl from that era making her an existence closer to a Demi god rather then a servant. Nope. Ereshkigal and Ishtar divided up Rin's being between each other. Ishtar took the body and Rin's more 'mage duty-bound' aspects, while Ereshkigal took Rin's soul and her more kindly aspects. Eresh's blonde hair seems to be innate to Ereshkigal, kinda like how Astraea has blue hair bleeding in patially over Luvia's blonde hair.

The concept is so confusing and you seem like you can explain just right lol
They are fairly close in the needy and hard to deal with department. Ishtar is naturally more sadistic, but the Rin aspect mellows this out a bit when they merge
It actually isn't. In the strange fake light novels they summoned Ishtar into a homonculus. And it made it clear that every other Ishtar that used rin as a medium had Rin affect their psyche A LOT.
from what I gathered the difference between OG Kama and Summer Kama is that Mara is a bit more active while choosing to be more 'assertive ' in his 'Seduction' ( I put both in quotation marks because it makes her weak to genuine acks of affection in return)
Another idea for explanations How does the info granted to servants works during the wars? For example napoleon may know about julius caesar but how could lancelot know about billy the kid? And other stuff like the place where they are and so
You made 2 small errors when pronouncing Quetzalcoatl I just wanted to point out: 1. You're supposed to pronounce the "O" in Quetzalcoatl, like how you pronounce the "O" in Koala. 2. You *DON'T* pronounce the "L" at the end of Quetzalcoatl, just the "T" Other than that great video! And yes I agree, Sakura is in the fact the worst of the 3 main heroines of Stay Night. I believe in Rin Supremacy.
Ahh yes time to cover fan service units. I kinda feel like in Ganesha part you should have listed on that's why jinko is overweight in fgo because of ganesja's influence over her. Sweet perfect taiga a character that not only I love but is a character that I grailed but never use just because I have better single target lancers.
Jinako was already overweight. She weighs the exact same in Fate/Extra as she does merged with Ganesha in FGO. The art in FGO just puts more emphasis on her belly.
I thought a nagual was similar to a skinwalker, a shape shifting warrior mage. And that Jaguar Warrior was Tezcatlipoca's nagual form. And she's weaker and kind of weird because Tezcatlipoca and Quetzalcoatl are said to be opposites, where one is strong the other must be the weaker.
It's specific to Fate/Extra. It's an AI that poses a threat to the mooncell. Basically a living computer virus. Jinako seems to have somehow been taken through the mooncell to mainfest as Ganesha, so that's probably why she's one. I don't know about Summer Kiara though.
@@unrankedchevron742 It seems that BB is involved with why Ganesha is a Moon Cancer... though the time Jinako survived the Moon Cell's purging firewall by being equipped with Karna's armour NP might have helped matters (though that's mostly my guess on that part). Kiara gets to be a Moon Cancer because she absorbed BB back in Fate/Extra CCC (as well as the Sakura Five series of Alter Egos).
Ishtar has, among many other things, an intrinsic connection blurring of gender as an individual and within her cult. Under a more modern understanding that essentially means that trans identities are part of her portfolio. What I'm say is that Tohsaka Rin says Trans Rights.
Hmmm… there are two feline Egyptian goddesses that would work, Sekhmet the warrior goddess and goddess of healing with a lioness head, or Bastet a cat goddess, my money is on Sekhmet
Wait so does that mean that in general in the Fate universe the actual "history" (doesn't have to be true or not) is more important than the actual reality because if Ishtar is the deity of "Venus" that would mean she would have to be stronger than the "Ultimate One" that is Venus or is it just that part of her "recorded history" in the human world and it doesn't take into account all the other lore stuff... I'm confused sorry I'm new to Fate lore I hope my question makes sense since I am trying to figure it out as the lore is very fun and your videos are awesome!
Something I don't get about pseudo Servants in the Grand Order is that, all the vessels should be dead if the world was bleached. So rather than summoning a spirit into a vessel, we're summoning the vessel with Chaldeas. And on top of that, Ishtar was summoned into Rin in the past several thousand years before Rin was born. Time apparently has no meaning in FGO, but I guess that kinda makes sense as we are basically quantum leaping all over the place. Not to mention the inter-dimensional ones like the Kaleidoscope girls being their forms from a parallel timeline or whatever.
Taiga is not a Pseudo Servant with Jaguar Man Jaguar man is a Pseudo Servant with Taiga, for Taiga is a god amongst gods Also Ill keep reiterating that Muramasa, Shirou and AM should function like the Infinity Stones, infinitely buffing each other.
Great video. Would you make a video about explaining passive skill Riding. Many servant that aren't riders have it and level of that skill on some of them is kinda confusing.
I plan on doing a video explaining some of the common skills and I’ll bring it up when that video gets made. Long story short it has to do with a servant having piloted/ridden something significant in their legends (horse, ship, medb, elephants) but I’ll go more into it in the future!
I have a question when it comes to Pseudo Servants could they have children unlike normal servants they inhabit human bodies and not Servant bodies that are made up of prana and ether?
Odin technically appears in a regular holy grail war, so I'm going with yes. But Odin is a weird version of a pseudo servant, and only manifests in the holy grail war because of his foresight and interference, so... maybe? That said, the class card system is also similar, at least in effect, to pseudo servants (masters install/equip their servants). Which would make it a holy grail war entirely comprised of pseudo servants.
In the Fate Strange Fake light novel ----Spoilers ahead---- They made a homonculus body and summoned Ishtar into it, her attitude makes it very clear that Rin affected Ishtar's psyche a lot. This homunculus one is not only stronger but more... should I say godly? In the sense that they think of every1 below them. Although SF's grail war isn't normal honestly there's never been a "normal grail war" The 1st was more about making the grail and it's magic passing before any1 even started fighting The 2nd was a goddamn bloodbath The 3rd was f'd by the Einzberns summoning Angry Mango and corrupting the grail The 4th was honestly normalish except for the corrupted grail The 5th was also normalish except we had Gilgamesh as a corrupted human, an undead priest(Yorokobe Shounen), a Saber that remembered her previous war and a Counter Guardian that met his past self. Also had some psycho yandere shifting through the imaginary plane and eating people while also trying to resummon Angry Mango
Is it ever explained where the bodies come from? I imagine most of them come from singularity F as that’s the only one recent enough for those people to exist and anything from there would be temporally redundant

18:15 Oh god all the Ritsuka Rin mom and son headcanons are coming back to me, he was a good father Gustavo.
I thought Ishtar was summoned using Stay Night Rin and Ereshkigal was summoned using EXTRA Rin.
Basically one of them is from an alternate universe.
23:42 ALRIGHT BRO LETS FIGHT YOU AINT GETTING AWAY WITH THIS ONE
Rin is better. I rest my case.
@@klidge but Saber? Really?
@@klidge What Sakura being worse out of the three on? On waifu-ability or a narrative standpoint? Either way, I agree.
@@TheColorman Rin thicc and cute. Saber isn't even the best saber face. That's the Okitas
@@klidge But Sakura is thicker and cuter.
22:30 YES PLEASE! Tamacat interacting with other whacky servants is what I live for. Tamacat in next GudaGuda? Eeeeeh?
Fate sure loves to do crazy things with servants fusing them with humans fusing multiple spirits inhabiting the same servant elder gods empowering servants with all this I can't possibly think of what fate is going to do next with the next classification of servant
18:07 yeah both Rin’s were able to give those sister goddess some humanity
I still really want to see Nergal as a pseudo-servant in the body of Tokiomi.
24:50 sakura has the origin of the imaginary numbers which is usually a quick buff in fgo
Sakura is associated with quick because of Medusa.
Taiga : exist
Jaguarman: close enough
I thought Eresh was using body of Rin from Extra-vers. Not the Rin that we know but the Rin with blond hair.
@@EclipsedTwilight Eh, that's just speculation from your part cause literally nothing says it in any FGO material.
Taiga is fused with King from Tekken
At this point I have given up on your up coming video which is low rarity servants. But nice video, well done
If you think about Jeanne is basically a demi or Pseudo servant In herself
"Worst of the three main heroines"
Technically true. Rin never gets assaulted (as far as I know) and Artoria technically gets assaulted by her own sister, Morgan.
Sieg my boy and happy Valentine's day everyone!
Awesome enjoyable video! I randomly wanted more info about pseudo servants so thank you lol
Also.....I would love to finally be able to see a video of someone explaining the void..the concept of zero, and musashi and her reasoning and explaining the process and meaning to what happened at the ending of 5.2. The concept is so confusing and you seem like you can explain just right lol
DW doesn't want money enough because there's only one Taiga face.
I will throw money at summer taiga until she is NP5 regardless of rarity or usability
Is Ishtar's personality that similar to rin? In fate extra wasn't Ishtar said to be more sadistic and stuff
I doubt Summer Kama is going to be talked about since there isn’t a change in Kama/Mara’s personality
from what I gathered the difference between OG Kama and Summer Kama is that Mara is a bit more active while choosing to be more 'assertive ' in his 'Seduction' ( I put both in quotation marks because it makes her weak to genuine acks of affection in return)
Amazing video goatman.)
*Pseudo Servant is like every reincarnated Isekai MC.*
Your the GOAT. Your also a cool dude.
24:12 yeah being a troublemaker can get people attention I like that but pull and bad end moves is a no no(that goes for any of the other Sakura)
15:14 life is a *ENDLESS BATTLE*
I think it'd be more appropriate to refer to Manannan by his first name rather than as "Son of the Sea."
Fair point
Another idea for explanations
How does the info granted to servants works during the wars?
For example napoleon may know about julius caesar but how could lancelot know about billy the kid? And other stuff like the place where they are and so
This is mainly why they go by Class names instead and why the Noble Phantasms are secret weapons but it’s still an interesting idea
Hey just a thought if master Artoria is a thing then Artoria can be an alter ego or Pseudo servant
You made 2 small errors when pronouncing Quetzalcoatl I just wanted to point out:
1. You're supposed to pronounce the "O" in Quetzalcoatl, like how you pronounce the "O" in Koala.
2. You *DON'T* pronounce the "L" at the end of Quetzalcoatl, just the "T"
Other than that great video! And yes I agree, Sakura is in the fact the worst of the 3 main heroines of Stay Night.
I believe in Rin Supremacy.
Bro that bit about the "L" ain't true
If I get bazzet I'm keeping her in her third ascncion
Guga Lily.
Amazing.
I should have mentioned it, but its also indicated that its a biproduct from NEET lifestyle choices. I love her regardless
That's one thing I'd like someone more fate versed than me to explain-- what IS the moon cancer class?
Sakura Simps Rise up..
We will not stand this slander.
Ishtar has, among many other things, an intrinsic connection blurring of gender as an individual and within her cult. Under a more modern understanding that essentially means that trans identities are part of her portfolio. What I'm say is that Tohsaka Rin says Trans Rights.
Wait who tf odin used as a body to be classified as a pseudo servant?
It’s spoilers and will be covered in part 2
for some reason instead of pronouncing it as 'sudo' I've been using 'sway do'
Do you think that FGO would do another psuedo servant based off of Taiga? Also if so who would it be?
5:44 if Jeanne was possessed by Lakshimi lol
Something I don't get about pseudo Servants in the Grand Order is that, all the vessels should be dead if the world was bleached. So rather than summoning a spirit into a vessel, we're summoning the vessel with Chaldeas. And on top of that, Ishtar was summoned into Rin in the past several thousand years before Rin was born. Time apparently has no meaning in FGO, but I guess that kinda makes sense as we are basically quantum leaping all over the place. Not to mention the inter-dimensional ones like the Kaleidoscope girls being their forms from a parallel timeline or whatever.
You do know the throne of heroes exists outside of space time, right? It takes heroes from across space time
i assume sakura is quick because rin is buster and shirou is art/buster unless im missing something in which case ignore above
Taiga is not a Pseudo Servant with Jaguar Man
Jaguar man is a Pseudo Servant with Taiga, for Taiga is a god amongst gods
Also Ill keep reiterating that Muramasa, Shirou and AM should function like the Infinity Stones, infinitely buffing each other.
5:17 and also summoned in Kobayashi-san’s Dragon Maid(literally)lol
Pseudo servants are the products of fgo developers not wanting to make new characters and just reskinning preexisting character designs.
Wait. Isn't Erishkigal's name pronounced Er-Ish-Kee-gall?
Great video. Would you make a video about explaining passive skill Riding. Many servant that aren't riders have it and level of that skill on some of them is kinda confusing.
I plan on doing a video explaining some of the common skills and I’ll bring it up when that video gets made. Long story short it has to do with a servant having piloted/ridden something significant in their legends (horse, ship, medb, elephants) but I’ll go more into it in the future!
I have a question when it comes to Pseudo Servants could they have children unlike normal servants they inhabit human bodies and not Servant bodies that are made up of prana and ether?
12:53 this made me lol lmao
This should be fun
Soooo he predicted that tez coming to fgo
Jaguar warrior = best servant lol
Would it be possible to summon a pseudo servant to a regular holy grail war? Like Ishtar, Eresh or Astrea? If not, why not?
Odin technically appears in a regular holy grail war, so I'm going with yes. But Odin is a weird version of a pseudo servant, and only manifests in the holy grail war because of his foresight and interference, so... maybe?
That said, the class card system is also similar, at least in effect, to pseudo servants (masters install/equip their servants). Which would make it a holy grail war entirely comprised of pseudo servants.
Interesting, thanks for information
From what i've seen so far. No
In the Fate Strange Fake light novel
----Spoilers ahead----
They made a homonculus body and summoned Ishtar into it, her attitude makes it very clear that Rin affected Ishtar's psyche a lot. This homunculus one is not only stronger but more... should I say godly? In the sense that they think of every1 below them. Although SF's grail war isn't normal honestly there's never been a "normal grail war"
The 1st was more about making the grail and it's magic passing before any1 even started fighting
The 2nd was a goddamn bloodbath
The 3rd was f'd by the Einzberns summoning Angry Mango and corrupting the grail
The 4th was honestly normalish except for the corrupted grail
The 5th was also normalish except we had Gilgamesh as a corrupted human, an undead priest(Yorokobe Shounen), a Saber that remembered her previous war and a Counter Guardian that met his past self. Also had some psycho yandere shifting through the imaginary plane and eating people while also trying to resummon Angry Mango
is seig not also Siegfried because he has his heart?
17:27 *from my experience with Rin* 😓 yeah that them alright lol
Just pulled Eresh
Is it ever explained where the bodies come from? I imagine most of them come from singularity F as that’s the only one recent enough for those people to exist and anything from there would be temporally redundant
It varies from case to case. I will get more into it in part 2
Space Ishtar pls
I don’t ow if it’s me but does your voice sound different?
I noticed it too. Probably a different microphone or something.
I do personally like to bealive eresh is using /EXTRA Rin, mostly cause Eresh is bearable and Ishtar much like Stay night Rin is the worst TM
I am so sad you said "to summon up Ishtar" and it was not followed by saying "she's the goddess of thighs."
Isnt douman a pseudo servant?
No, he is an Alter Ego
i'm agree with you, i think sakura is the worst heroine in fsn, but her story is the most interesting though... , i mean i choose Rin all the way😄
taiga is taiga
Hey Sakura is best girl
Dislike just for the Kama and Sakura comment. Fought you!!!
I have you know that Sakura is my favorite heroine of all 3. Imo Rin is the worst of the 3 but still one of the best in all anime imo. Sakura deserves love and justice. Even though she ate half a city of people and killed her own brother but I will look past all that
Tbf, that whole Sakura rampage ordeal was the reflection of all the shit she had to go through, it was somewhat understandable for her to go nuts.
