I used up a toooon on this project. I made some pies that didn't make it onto the table so i had to make lots of molds.

You actually have my favorite cookies - the butter cookies with the raspberry or apricot in the middle! The pies were also incredible. I think I gained a few pounds just by watching...but it was worth it!

For your cupcake bottoms use a toothpaste cap it has the ridges for your mold, you have great ideas and I can see you will inspire other girls , sell your stuff!!!

I made cupcakes for the first time recently and used a bottle cap with ridges to make the mold. So easy and fast. I love Amazing Mold Putty

@@jaredrichardson78 Thank you! My patience level is minimal so I was dreading having to sculpt the little lines in the cupcake liner. I glanced down as t my desk and happened to see the perfect cap on a mini bottle of gel super glue and the rest was history.

So many ideas here, i like the moulds for the pies and making the table legs with the Dremel, that's inspired!
I tried doing small the other week with my Baba Yaga house - yeeeeeeah, i think i have to work on my scaling 🤨
And yay the pink hair made an appearance!
Yay! I have to go watch that video! Ohhhh the pink hair was a test because I didn't know if I wanted to commit to pink hair and bangs but in the end I went back to my normal non-pinkhair self 😂😂😂😂😂

This looks so yummy, and you really put the MINI in Miss Mini Life this time. Cutting out that tiny black doily thing to go under your desserts. I love it! That pumpkin pie looks kind of perfect, and I'm glad you caved and got one to eat. Also, the candied apples look so real! I hope the bake sale is successful, and the children's library gets lots of good books. :)
Thank you. This was probably the most difficult build I've ever done! I was learning a lot on the go but I felt good about the pies once I was standing in line to purchase one 🤣

Also, thanks for mentioning the air dry clay. I can read Japanese and the instructions seem pretty standard (your Amazon link included a photo of the instructions): "Store in a warm place away from sunlight; Wash your hands before using it; Don't use water when you're working with it; and don't try to bake it in a microwave or oven."

Also, I got very curious about the two bottles of...something that you said you mix in equal parts to get the molds. I didn't know such thing even existed haha. Is it perhaps still available to buy somewhere online? ^^
Why did you sculpt the food and then make a mold rather than just using the sculpted piece? Your results are great but why the extra steps?
I did that because the air dry clay takes acrylic paint better than the polymer clay.😁 It absorbs the paint and the polymer clay is more like plastic and wants to have the paint stay on the surface. That’s the main reason but also I wanted to make a mold so I could make some more to give to some of my Patreon people.
@@missminilife Ahh ok that makes sense. I didn't realize the air clay absorbs the paint which makes it look nicer. I'm also one of your Patreon people and I appreciate the extra work. My last attempts to air dry clay model tiny food was frustrating but I didn't try painting it. I will give it a try next time. Thank you.
@@missminilife So curious about this method! Did you make the molds from polymer clay pieces (as opposed to using air dry for both) because they ‘mold’ better? Why use polymer and then put air dry in the mold? Fascinating!
