If Porsche is planning to increase their prices across the board, what will the consumer receive in return for the price increase, i.e. longer range battery, etc?
Other EV makers have reduced their prices. Not Porsche, though. I test drove both the RWD and the Turbo S models. Liked the RWD more because it feels more connected and natural. However, the small trunk and rear legroom gave me some pause. Also, in sport mode, I tried pushing its limits around the corners. The tires gave up traction little too early, for my taste. I attributed the latter to the enormous curb weight that makes the tires lose grip when pushed, even though they are quite wide. I am comparing the behavior to my Model 3 performance. Ride and handling are top notch, however. Model 3 suffers from stiff suspension, but Taycan is well tuned. NVH is also very well controlled in the Taycan.
Really appreciate your videos. Can you do a video on re arranging the tiles on the PCM. I had a Macan loaner and when apple car play takes over the radio tile appears so you can go back to the radio. On my Taycan i have to go to Hey Porsche which is not always reliable. As there is no tile for the radio when the car takes over you phone. Best Darius

Porsche should focus on the HV battery modules issue FIRST. There are substantially increased cases of the HV battery, especially MY 2020.
Are the Metallic colours discontinued because its costlier to coat and finish for Porsche? What are your thoughts on the 2024 facelifts

Hi Gerard! With the price increase the battery will be the same as previously. The price increase is just due to prices of goods going up.
Their just increasing the price because they can. Prices of material are actually going down, not up.
