This is one of the best DIY videos I've ever seen unlike other DIY videos you actually talked about what you were doing make it easier to follow and then it just play dubstep music do all students spend half the video asking us to subscribe very well made video
this is a great project, I would add: 1. So that the application has an animation of the movement of the robo-hand. 2. Make several 3D models of the tip, for example, to mount the camera, so that it would look like a movie) 3. Pour metal into the legs of the support so that the structure is stable
I wish I had gone with a simple and efficient design like this with my current arm. Its been printing for 2 weeks and ended up being too heavy for the 5 MG996R motors that I used lol.
Awesome!!!😍 It's a remarkable piece of tech. Keep it up ❤. But I have a Mac Book and will this software work on it to control this robotic arm? Love for India ❤.
Great development, thank you very much for that. I'm looking for a way to program a robot arm to perform tactile movements. I want to use a robot arm to write or draw something on a moving free-form surface.
holy cow thats awesome!! you are a saint for opensourcing all your hard work! 🙇 do you have a part list, so we know exactly what and how much to buy? is it also possible to control the arm with a keyboard, or even a joystick? you should really do a kickstarter as well!! :D
Hi, Thank you for uploading such a detailed video. I am still a beginner. I understood the mechanical and Electronics design of Arm, Arduino programming as well. I am just not sure about the software. Do I need to design a software too to control the arm??
I build the robot, but have problems with the third servo, it is not moving. i suspect the output of the arduino is wrong in the software. Tried 2 arduino's but both have the same problem. And the second servo has to be a full metal one. A servo with plastic gears can not handle the weight of the arm
Have a robot at home trying to figure out how to program it from scratch. I am using an untrasonic to trigger the movement sequence. How do you program the base servo to rotate a certain angle at a certain speed then return home or back to zero awaiting to be triggered again?
I wouldn't have thought very much. I'm surprised it's able to hold up it's own weight so well tbh, given it's only using small servos. Great project though 👍
Hi! I am buliding it right now, but I have a problem to control it by Windows Aplikation. I have 360* servo (not 180), and after I change "base servo" position, it spining around whole time. Can You tell me how can I change type of servo in aplication?
@@FABRIcreator haha ok then I apologize for calling it AI ! ❤ Then let's call it very polished studio quality 😉 Might just be me but I like a bit more natural and maybe informal
Hi, I noticed in the video that multiple power and ground wires are combined into a single wire. Could you explain what method or connectors you used to combine these wires together? Thank you!
I used wires that come glued together and some header pins. However, what I recommend is to use tinned wires and make the connections as in the video. I put the black wires together, the red ones together and the signal wires separately.
En que programa fue realizada la interfaz?? que tan complejo es hacerlo? es que yo he realizado una con C en visual studio pero los servos se mueven de manera brusca y no tan controlada, como puedo corregir esos movimientos?
The circuit connection shown in 6:10 is wrong. the servo pins must always connected to PWM pins .If not they will not work. The PWM pins in Arduino are 3,5,6,9,10,11. Thank you
I build the robot arm, uploaded the arduino code and started the interface, but i don't get any movement in the robot arm, everything is connected as showed in the video, but the arm is not working. Are all connectionS in the video correct? I tried it now on a different computer, and now it is working
Amazing! I’m also a design engineer. Could you make the solidworks files available at all? As I use solidworks and the design tree would be useful to make some modifications I think could improve the move ability?
The exploded view assembling chain was mind blowing. My mind exploded and put itself back together in the same manner.

My god this is beautifully edited!! Such an awesome project!! Keep up the good work! ❤
I agree with you
Really simplified a complex concept for anyone to understand and feel confident to do as a project.
Your channel is a valuable asset to the community.
That introduction was beautiful !!!! Very nice project
Excellent project, I hope to be as good as editing as you are someday
Thank you!
Super quality, excellent work. Subscribed
Simple and elegant, love it! How did you animate the exploded view at the beginning of the video?
Thank you very much!
I did it with Fusion360
PRINT FULL ROBOTS!!! 😍

This is Amazing! thanks so much, does the control application work on Mac?
amazing work. can you make a video on more strengthened robotic arm .ie, it can be used for household works
Absolutely brilliant.
Lovely video with such a nice explanation!!

The app is not available for Mac but I will try to make another app for it.
@@FABRIcreator Thank you ❤️. If you make the app for Mac as well, I will definitely create this project for my school science exhibition.
@@FABRIcreator You can modify this robotic arm by adding a servo motor to rotate the claw mechanism, making it easier to pick up objects.

excelent project !!! super
Great work bro❤
Which type of servo motor did you use in want to see if the motor is in my country before o start the model

Beautiful Robotic Arm, Think I'm going to build it, do you think ESP32 would be better for it?
Hi, how much max weight can the robot arm hold? Could a camera be mounted to the end of the arm? Thanks :)
Why dont u use rasberry py or micropython
Hey, how long do you need for shipping your products? I live in Berlin.
ITs the Fat Electrician Music.
TODAY WE'RE GONNA TALK ABOUT ROBOTIC ARMS.
hello , do you have a bill of material to buy to make this great robotic arm ?
Very interesting. Well done.
Really nice project. Can I have a list of all electronic parts used in the video and link to buy it ? Thanks
Really love the project ! 😊 and great video
Not sure but the voiceover feels like ai 🤖? Would love to hear your voice and a bit more natural sounding.

Good job , Please what 3D printer do you use to print the parts?
I used a FlashForge Thor 400, it is very old, right now I use a BambuLab A1, it is more recommendable.
Parabéns, excelente projeto.
Can you Please provide a Android version For the app and please provide a code so that we can make it vireless using an esp 32 microcontroller
will be great when U use bluetooth communication and control it with android phone/some app software
The Fusion360 files also comes with the STEP?
The Fusion360 files are the entire project, including the animation I made.
If you want, you can export the parts in step format from Fusion 360 😊
impressive
How did you do the 3D animation on the start of the video making the robot ?

Can you please integrate it eith computer vision and make it pick things using it and drop on desired place
I have never worked with Computer Vision but it is a good idea, I will investigate more.
