this helped me a lot with technique, my smash was ass and it was due to the transfer of momentum and not correct swing. i train 6 days a week, so after a few sessions with this advice I'm hitting cleaner/more in sweet spot, stronger, steeper and getting that whipping sound thanks for the video
Good question. First congrats that you found your badminton DNA as back court player. In this question that I assume you are asking about lower back pain. Here are some tips I can give it to you and I would make another video to answer this question as well. 1. Strengthen your lower back muscle 2. Adjust your motion --- ( may be your upper body not stable when you swing )
@@ALLiaoBadmintonCoaching Thank you very much 😁 Yes you are right need to correct my swing motion, I tend to generate a lot of power through my upper body and swing with full force, perhaps too much of that has resulted in the occasional nagging sensation at the upper back not lower. I'd love if you made a video on the above, Thank you
Sir please make a video on 7 days routine to improve game Include these things on video 1.diet 2.exersice 3.running 4.drill 5.rest Etc Plz plz plz sir make video on this topic
Hey Mohamed, We will have new program and content coming soon. Call Ask the Badminton Nerds and we have make solution for you. Thank you for asking. Good question.
Nice video coach, just want to share my problem, I always have my elbow pain if I play lot of smash, it may due to my bad forehand biometric/ technique
Hi Kwan, Thank you for asking. The timing for smash will be a little bit later than you hit clear, so you will wait a little bit but at the end speed up your motion to hit the shuttle. Reminder : make sure you get the shuttle right in front of you not above or behind you. Hope it helps

I think after all.. its the contact point on the racket. If it hits the sweetest spot. The shuttle will land as a bomb into opponents court
I also make smash vedio
when I turn my hip, the elbow has to come right away no waiting? thanks

Nice video coach, just want to share my problem, I always have my elbow pain if I play lot of smash, it may due to my bad forehand biometric/ technique
Hi Leo,
Yeah. Elbow pain could be caused by the biometric. We will have new programs coming soon.
I believe it will helps you.
Thank you very much
Your technique isn't suited for your biomechanics. But its been a year, hopefully you've found a better way to smash
I also make smash vedios
