I dont understand. How can i render video in after effects to preview it in blender camera? how to make that png sequence @ 3:53 that i can import?

Load your footage into After Effects ,then pull the video into the timeline and then press crtl + m, and then in the render output settings click on lossless and inthe format options,choose PNG sequence and click on render.Then in blender,add a camera and press zero to go into the camera view and then select the camera and click on the camera icon at the bottom right and enable background images and then open the image sequence you rendered in After Effects.Thank you for watching and please subcribe if you haven't.

I can transfer the camera tracking data from After Effects to Blender so that I can set up a vfx video and it will only work for me. This is the whiteboard and I don't have the camera. I saw on RUclips that it shows them and without a camera I can complete the work and if I add a camera it won't happen. You have to come with data. What is the solution? When you are exporting the exporting make sure you select the Ae 3D camera and any other layer that you need in the tracking.You delete stuff you need after you import it into blender.Hope that answers your question.

How to have the background video in the final render?

Well with that you have to do some compositing,in the compositing tab you can add a movie clip node and merge over another noder called render layers node.you can do the merging/overlaying by using a node called alpha over node and make sure you plug the alpha over node to the output node.You can also render a preview with the video in the background by clicking on view at the top left corner and then selecting render viewport animation,Thats what i used in my tut.

you can render if you have a 3d object in the scene,but this method is just showing after effects to blender workflow in terms of 3d camera tracking.However,You can render by clicking the render at your bottom right panel and in that panel you can choose the render engine you want to render with,either Eevee Or Cycles.
