Vanguard updates the 4% Rule | How? What should you do?

The 4% Rule is a staple of the FIRE community. But now, Vanguard has said that it's out of date and it needs updating. If you want to know how they've updated it and what you should do then pay attention. Then at the end, I give my own alternatives to the 4% Rule.
