Oceania high jump record holder, Nicola McDermott, shares her Olympic experiences.
The Future Dialogue for Global Innovation is an annual forum hosted by the ROK Ministry of Foreign Affairs to discuss ways to deal with current global challenges from a cultural perspective. The 2021 Future Dialogue was held on November 4, 2021 under the themes of peace and solidarity through sports, sports over limitations and discrimination, and new perspectives on sports and Olympics.

I believe this diary is a great idea, especially for her sport the high jump, where adjustments are critical. For example your take off point, your speed, your arm movement, leg movement, etc. Also to analyze your state of mind between jumps. In few other sports can you really self analyze yourself during the competition.
