When you mentioned oxygen, I internally rolled my eyes because I assumed I knew all there was to know about oxygen. But never did it dawn on me that you can switch oxygen tanks while underwater. Many good tips in this video thanks a lot.
Yea, as a former navy and wreck diver the first thing I thought about when penetrating wrecks is to take an extra hi cap tank with me to switch on the fly if I got lost.
@@bigrock9637yes there is a way you can pin items that you want craft in both subnautica & subnautica sub zero. I play PS4 and in both versions you can pin crafting items
You can use the floatation bladder to refill oxygen too. Now that's saved my ass more times than I care to mention. Carry 2! 1 for emergency oxygen, 1 to float to surface asap!
Just starting out and the tips are really helpful in clarifying some of the mechanics of the game - thank you! Subbed and looking forward to more :)) Ps. For anybody reading - Fayn's biome video is also great and well worth a watch!
It is good to see that when you made the storage base you put the hatch on top, in far too many videos they make a base with a single X compartment but put the hatch on the side thus losing quite a bit of storage space. I find that a single X compartment is more than enough for a fabber, battery and power cell charger, eight wall lockers, a coffee machine, and two plant pots for food (start with peppers, then move to melons when you get access to them).
@@elreanafayn8542 omg you're SO welcome. You're... just making this. And it did help me in the end. I got my bearings strangely but, you just helped me mid game. I love what you do. Thanks!!!!
Thank you for the info! Great video. I found the game confusing at first, for the lack of a clear progression path. I felt kinda dumb, but guess the game is about learning through exploring anyway. Cheers!
I just purchased the game literally an hour ago. This should titled "tips for intermediate players". Beginners that watch this video are thinking how you achieved what you commented on. Thanks for you time.
The game guides you along to where you need to go next at the beginning. Once you get to your little pod base it gives you a fabricator and you can just make all you need, get the scanner and scan things and you're all set
Really thought I would actually see some Below Zero tips but I guess I was expecting too much ... Aside from the pin item & Sea Monkey giving items when pinned, everything else can be learned in the first 10 minutes if you had played the first subnautica game ...
Hey everyone! Here is my video on biomes mentioned in tip #5

Pinning items is the most valuable improvement from subnautica 1.
yeah I can now focus on things I need without forgetting.
@STABB3D By DARK maybe in Mods but not out of the box, anyway i come from PS4/5 so there is no pinning in Sub 1.

I feel like you should be giving me an airline attendant safety brief
baaaa😂😂
Fun tip, flares scare sea monkeys early game, I just equip the flare next to my sea glide and switch when they get close 🤣
Flares also scare snowstalkers so they don't attack

That tip about having beacons when you die.. 👏 awesome

I'm 3hrs into Below zero and this is most helpful. Thanks for sharing.
Also, I liked your vid, and the comment featuring your biomes. And commemtented twice. I like your voice and how you structure your videos.
Thank you very much! :)

Hey! Thank you, I'm glad the video helped! I had to Google alot of things when I first started playing :)
The first mistake they made on this game was getting rid of Bleach. H²O intake becomes a real problem really quick
Thank you for the tips!
Why it sound like we listening to preflight safety messages on board a airplane
Thank you for these!🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
I have seen about a dozen of your videos. I felt it was well time I subscribed. Well earned!
Thank you very much :)
I didn't know that thing about bladder fish! That's cool.
sea monkeys and pinned items i did not know, nice tip!
Does it hurt the bladder fish to consume the oxygen? I haven’t seen much elaboration in game Altough I am new
Great tips, thanks!
Just when I thought I knew everything! Thanks 😂
Your voice is very soothing 😀 also thanks for tips 👍
You're welcome! And thank you :)
I shouldn't be as happy as I am but...
The fact that ingots only take 5 now makes me feel like I'm cheating lol
Looking forward to the biome vid
Thank you :) I'm currently working on it atm, it will be out on Saturday if not before! :)
Same! Need to know where to find some of the rarer resources for upgrades
Would having two ultra capacity tanks on you make you even slower or just the initial reduction?? Matters when your running from a shadow lol
Don't think it affects speed, just inventory space available
Great tips
this video is very helpful thx girl
Oxygen tanks has helped me
1 x high cap and 1 x booster.
your voice is amazing
You sound like an AI impersonating a human

Highlighting is good also
You sound so nice (:
Thank-you :)

for what
I like how you say the numbers... "#7 Health :DDD"
Thanks
2:53 this actually happens when you get AL-AN in your head
Yes it is :) I'm trying to avoid spoiling the game for others though, that's why I didn't specify when it happens
