Building muscle feels HARD. It is hard.
Especially for those of us who feel like "hard gainers".
I'm going to discuss muscle building strategy for hard gainers. That includes building muscle over 45 and building muscle over 35 and building muscle after 40.
You'll learn how to build muscle for skinny guys and how to build muscle for skinny girls.
I keep getting this question, so I talk about how to gain weight for hard gainers...and how to put on weight in general.

Hi! So I’ve been following your advice for a little over a month. I’ve actually lost a lot of belly fat.
I’m wondering if you could make a video about getting rid of love handles and a video about using hip bands for booty exercises. Im losing fat in my back, and belly but I’m not sure how to get rid of the love handles.
I'm so happy to hear that things are going well for you. 😊 I don't really do specific exercise videos on my channel anymore, but the love handles are definitely a concern I want to address (I've added that to my list!). But the short answer is that your body decides where it will take off fat (based on genetics and hormones). The only way to lose love handles (or belly fat) is to lose fat overall. Hope that helps!
I’ve always had trouble gaining weight but when I go through heartbreak my weight plummets and it takes healing from the heartbreak first to even begin to try to eat healthy. And then after that it’s still extremely difficult to eat enough to gain all the lost weight back. Appetite may be better (but even before heartbreak wasn’t good) money, family eating my food, being a single mom, time, and being in survival mode.
So almost ANYTHING that I’m able to eat is great for my body.

Can you build muscle if you're doing everything right, and eating enough protein, but eating that protein twice a day only?
5'3, eectomorph, fast metabolism. Cannot physically eat enough, worked out for over 10 years. Weight gain ain't happening for me.

That is a sad excuse.
I'm sorry but I don't want to sugarcoat this, you cannot beat science with "fast metabolism".
It's proven that just eating in a caloric surplus will eventually make you gain weight.
"Cannot physically eat enough" what are you eating? 10lbs of nothing?
Choose your diet properly and caloric dense foods like peanut butter.

It can be challenging to eat in a calorie surplus for a long period of time to get enough weight gain. Is it just a question of not having enough of an appetite? Do you know how many calories a day you eat?
@@IvanaChapman I don't try put weight on anymore so I dont count calories.
I’m fairly certain it would be possible to gain weight, if you wanted to.
