    350G CUTTLEFISH
    330G RIGATONI PASTA
    1 LARGE SPRING ONION (15CM LONG)
    15 CHERRY TOMATOES
    1 CLOVE OF GARLIC
    5 TBSP OLIVE OIL
    CHILI FLAKES
    SALT
    BLACK PEPPER
    80G PEAS
    60G DRY WHITE WINE
    -CHOP THE ONION AND THEN CRUSH THE GARLIC SET ASIDE, AFTER THAT CUT THE CHERRY TOMATOES INTO QUARTERS AND SET ASIDE
    -CUT THE CUTTLEFISH IN HALVES AND KEEP ASIDE
    -IN A LARGE PAN HEAT 2 TBSP OF OLIVE OIL ON MEDIUM, ADD THE CRUSHED GARLIC LET IT COOK FOR 20 SECONDS
    ADD THE CUTTLEFISH ADD SALT, COOK FOR 3 MINUTES MIX OFTEN AND THEN REMOVE THEM FROM THE PAN PLUS THE JUICE.
    -IN THE SAME PAN ADD 3 TBSP OF OLIVE OIL , ADD THE ONION FRY FOR 3 MINUTES ADD THE WINE AND ADD BACK THE SMASHED GARLIC, ALLOW THE ALCOHOL TO EVAPORATE AFTER THAT ADD THE TOMATOES LET THEM COOK FOR 5 MINUTES MIX EVERY NOW AND THEN, ADD CHILI FLAKES , BLACK PEPPER AND PEAS MIX WELL AND COOK FOR 2 MINUTES, ADD BACK THE CUTTLEFISH WITH ITS JUICE STIR AND COOK FOR 5 MINUTES, TURN OFF THE HEAT.
    -COOK PASTA AND ADD TO THE SAUCE.
    -SERVE AND ENJOY.
