    The best strategy is having the Thief + Engineer combination. The Thief has a very fast attack, and you steal one movement from the opponent and at the same time, you inflict 1 unavoidable damage. As the Thief levels up very quickly, you will deal even more damage, and spamming his attack will allow you to practically prevent the enemy from attacking due to stealing one movement.
    The Engineer can build walls faster so with him, you will be defended at all times.
    First, build your wall. Second, spam your Thief attack. Always keep an eye on having your wall maxed out, and that's it.

    Just a small tip if u got squares more than u need then it"s a wast just hit anything dimaond or wall.

      You're correct there comes a point where it's useless to take more of any of them if you're playing very strategic. I found that it usually doesn't matter though as you're basically just strong arming your way through it any way.

    Engineer and knight is the best combo. Knight does more damage than any other piece plus can attack more frequently and the engineer will not only build your wall but will also dismantle your oppositions wall, leaving the way clear for your knight to attack.

    I know people are still frustrated with this mini game and I completely understand that. I'll be doing another video soon that will be a bit more detailed for anyone still having trouble.

    Go full on “Mage”. Only start investing in wall if you get the two hammer, minimum 2-4 hammer then go all out on Mage. Other unit doesn’t matter until you get the priest, even then you only rely on Mage to win. If you feel you got enough for Mages’s next attack, just spin last few slots. Last thing is this game is reliant on RNG so you just gotta keep trying.

    Apart from my first few matches, I actually don’t think I’ve ever lost a wheels game. I got very interested, researched all the figures and overanalyzed team compositions and matchups. I just always counter pick my opponent and win.

    All this strategy does is get my shit pushed in by the first champion every time

    I've largely stuck with the same strategy of always having the mage and changing out the other figure depending on what I'm against. It usually works, unless the reels give me garbage rolls. The amount of times I've gotten the wall buff when its completely useless for the match I was doing.

    • @Vertgames
      @Vertgames  11 месяцев назад

      Yeah there's a random factor to the game, some luck required lol. There's even rng in which characters the opponent will use against you.

      @@Vertgames I recently noticed. And the Watchmaker takes it further by changing her strategy every game. Makes sense as she is its maker.

      Oh.. i always use fast offense. But if i remember this correctly, i changed it a bit when facing an opponent that uses an assassin.

      @@katherinecheng9360 Rounds that involve the assassin are easily my least favorite.
      Though I am morbidly curious how a version of this game with four figures on each side would work.
      Current theory is that you'd have two sets of slots (one for operating each pair of characters), though I'm unsure if you could spin them independently of each other.
      The wall could likely be built twice as high while each player's health would at the very least be doubled to compensate for the potential for serious barrages.
      Figures that effect other figures like the assassin and priest would likely effect two figures instead of one.

    I've won all games with just swordsman and just pump him non stop. Very easy

    • @Vertgames
      @Vertgames  10 месяцев назад

      Swordsman hits very hate and can finish a match quickly if there's no walls to block him. Basically same strategy I used I just like the make because it gets the double attack and can go over the wall with the 2nd attack

    More like how to never win. Out of the 10 games I've played I've lost 9 with literally the same shit you do and for the most part it's not that close either, especially against fucking Thieves.

    • @Vertgames
      @Vertgames  11 месяцев назад +2

      It doesn't really matter what side you put them on as long as you concentrate all your rolls on the priest. If he's left then you just keep all the squares instead

    • @Vertgames
      @Vertgames  11 месяцев назад

      If you meant why didn't I swap them to prevent the interrupts I wanted to showcase that even with those interrupts it was still an easy match plus my assassin was keeping the archer at bay which can do a lot of damage if it levels up

      @@Vertgames It seemed like you were getting more squares, than diamonds, so I was curious why you wouldn’t park the Magician there. Your explanation makes sense, and I watched you do just as you said; so it obviously works.

    The first time I played this part of the game, my only thought was "Ahhhh, now this is the Chrono Trigger I remember! Nothing like a pointless, shitty little minigame to degrade the overall quality of an RPG!"
    It was my last time playing wheels, and the first of 4 such instances with this game where I just quit on the idea of the 'true ending'.
    This overhyped indie copycat deserved less than 20 hours of my time, but here we are 🤷
