I’m a beginner dj and have just purchased one of these to use with my alto t215 600w loudspeakers. Haven’t tried it yet but am looking forward to giving it a whirl after seeing this video 👍🏻👊🏻
Excellent review! thanks for sharing. I just bought the Version 2 off Amazon
Thanks Getinthemix
I have the peavey AT10 Mixer. this has bluetooth built in. Can i use the bluetooth in that mixer and send directly to the alto BATs hooked up to the speakers? trying to see if i can do a setup with no xlr to speakers. If I can't use the bluetooth from the mixer, will i need 3/4 BATs? two from the mixer and two for the speaker to run in stereo?
Great work 👏
Can I connect two of them to a mixer that I have and then I connect my Bluetooth phone to the mixer and can I play music from there
But can you route from this device? If I convert the XLR with an adaptor can my Bluetooth Speakers pick these up?
@GETIN THE MIX when you have this bluetooth plugged in at all times when u stop playen music do you cut it off or keep it on?
Loving the idea of this, would you be able to send from phone to one active and then the same device send the signal to the next active or would you have to use three? One in first input then output to send to second active speaker?
I know this is a bit late . You’ll need totals all in the active speakers but then using speaker link they will all connect so you just need your phone on one receiver
Why is there no companion Bluetooth transmitter device with 48v phantom power so that I can use an XLR mic (Lavalier, for example). It'd really be cool if I could sync multiple XLR/Bluetooth devices with the receiver simultaneously allowing me to limit the number of cables coming into my mixer
So what are the audio codecs it accepts?
Can I plug this into my prime 4 and connect it to a Bluetooth speaker ?
If you need wireless to last longer than 6 hours you can plug the USB cable into a portable powerbank (the bigger the powerbank the longer it will last)
When I first saw this product It was presented like you can hook it up to a mixer as an output and and then connect it to another u it as an input!
I ended up buying 4 of them so I can connect my mixer to the the speakers wirelessly.
To my surprise this can only connect through a phone. What DJ plays music from a phone????
Now I called the company and they could not find a solution, so I ended up with 4 units that are still in their box ( tried one only) !
I tried to be creative and find a solution, I bought one of those bluetooth transmitters that have a screen so I can see the device and select it! It did work!!! I managed to connect to it through a cheap $15 transmitter but it does drop and no sound comes out of them???
So the Bluetooth used in the Alto isn’t compatible with Bluetooth 5.0 and APBX
So I am ordering another more expensive transmitter to see if that works!
I am disappointed that a product this expensive and elaborate can not connect to other transmitters but only to a phone?
It can be helpful for a quick outdoor ceremony but no respectable DJ would use this as a tool to transmit sound to speakers not even as a backup!!!!
I am disappointed specially the company has a more expensive product that can do this job.
To all those who reviewed this product on RUclips and did not make it clear thank you for misleading people to spend their hard earned dimes on useless technology!
Niceee. Can you charge it while in use?
I’m wondering, if you’re DJing through your Macbook Pro, & using Serato DJ with a Pioneer DJ console, how would that work? Would this work through your Macbook bluetooth?
I’d like to know the same thing. Can you let me know the answer if you find out?
Can you use it for mics?
Does it work with stage microphones?
Desolo Zantas yes it does
Hi is possible to use 4speakers?
Are able to transfer signal from 1 speaker to another without blue tooth? Also are able to use it to a JBL OR QSC self powered speakers ? Please let me know. THANK YOU
No
Zdravím mám problém propojení aktiv bedny plus alto bluetooth a notebook ,mám možnost doma 2 noteboky ale připojí ale nehraje jen naskočí zvuk cca na 2 sec a vypne není prosím nějaky ovladače do pc na bluetooth alto děkuji
How would you use a mic at the same time with this device? Thanks
This device would go into one input for am audio source. Your mic would go into another input.
Is there a latency during Stereo-link mode ? Have y’all check that ?
We use it in our showroom and have noticed no problems. We'll certainly have a proper test of it though. May be we'll even make a video on it!
Mexmade absolutely not . This thing is my best friend. Trust me I use it every weekend and have carried it in my purse for weeks . Not one issue never
Where do I buy the alto total aka the bat
i hope someone post a connection performance from mixer to powered speaker. it didn't say that you can connect both receiver together so i think needs to buy transmitter as well? can someone enlightened me.
You can use both together and link them in stereo!
my point is to connect my ddj-sx mixer to powered speaker instead of using the xlr cable. are these going to work like that?
Unfortunately not with this! As the SX doesn't send a Bluetooth signal. There are systems that work like that, but not this one, unfortunately. Unless you can send a Bluetooth signal from your laptop?
ok i thought if you plug this in sx and one on the powered speaker this will connect to each other. so this is just only a device to make a mixer and speaker a bluetooth capability.
Yeah... It's purely a Bluetooth receiver... So if you have a Bluetooth enabled device such (like your phone, or laptop etc.), you can beam directly to these!
If I already have a bluetooth speaker, can I use this as a transmitter from the mixer to that bluetooth speaker?
It's only a receiver unfortunately!
Thank you. Besides the Stealth, what options are there to send my mixer main out to a speaker across a room, say set up for dinner.

If you buy a second one you can transmit wirelessly to the second one. It's a transceiver as well as a receiver. Meaning if you link a second one you can transmit from your mixer to the speaker via the link functionality of two of these devices. I have two and it's very effective and convenient.
Allen Bundy
Hi Allen I've paired the two bluetooth totals via the stereo link feature, one plugged into mixer
output and the other into active speaker input with no joy, please please help thank you kind sir
Allen Bundy ,Hi Allen,do i need 2 of them if i connect it to mic xlr input of my mixer or 2 of them is needed ?
Is it possible to use it for phone calls for a broadcasting show
I haven’t been able to find an answer to that and I don’t wanna buy it until I know it does.
I have that same speaker. That's in the back round. OMG IM FAMOUS... YEAH
Your famous cause he's uskng the same speaker?
ANONG MASASABI NYO SA ALTO PROFESSIONAL BLUETOOTH TOTAL HINDI MUNA KAILANGAN NG WIRE KUNG ORIENTATION SA SCHOOL OR KAHIT ANONG GIG LOG
How can I format it ?
how many speakers can you link together?
2 - if you can get them to link properly, which is almost impossible.
Do you need bluetooth on your dj mixer
This device could make Bluetooth available on your mixer by plugging into an xlr input
Is it true stereo sound out when you plug into a mixer? Thanks!
I was thinking that...🤔 He says we need two to make it stereo
It needs 10 hours of run time and get a newer micro USB or type c charging port , its annoying having to carry 3 different types of USB cables , that's outdated
It's a shame that they didn't make one for the xlr output on the mixer so that you could transmit from the mixer to each speaker and maybe put another in the speaker output to transmit from speaker to speaker creating a daisy chain to ensure signal strength in a big room

not usable. After looking this video u might think that after buying this product you can use it instead of cables between your mixer and active PA speakers. That's wrong. U are only able to do kindergarden things like playing your music from mobile phone over your PA Seakers. Because this product is only a bluetoothreceiver and nothing else. Nowhere there's a word 'bout which transmitter should be used. I'm totally upset
No need to buy Alto Professional TS212W AND TS215W When its cause P500 or $500 And you have 20 dollars or pesos only just have solution money

Don't like the fact it don't have a pass code meaning anyone can connect to my speakers at my gigs. really bad design flaw.
cassiya100 no you can’t just pair another device until you disconnect the first one & if it’s never been paired to a device then you must press the pairing button.
I own these and yes you can join them even when they are paired. The other issue is getting two of them to cooperate with each other. You need to be realistic on your expectations on these. They use BLUETOOTH. This should NOT be a replacement for hard wiring speakers. I can't believe DJ's are interested in using Bluetooth to do gigs! Such an unreliable method and mixing and fading can't be done due to the lag. I never planned on using these for anything more than home use, but they don't even do that without problems. Getting two of these to work together is a disaster which is why it is not shown in the video.
why not plug the sender in back of the output on mixer rather than the input sections? That way every channel and mic could be sent - you know nothing about PA man and a poor review ...can you not charge it at same time as use it?
Overpriced for a Bluetooth
if you have a controller and want to send the sound to the speakers can this be done without needing a separate mixer? and if so do you need 4x these devices?
