Lofty aspirations, young man. You are attempting to recreate percussive perfection. I can't imagine the hours of work you put into it! Nicely done. Your fills are dang near spot on.
Been a RUSH fan for decades and New World Man is my long standing fav song and Neil’s drumming was always a highlight in their music so i was skeptical watching you work. All I can say is… WOW WOW WOW. Very impressive. Thank you for sharing your talent and love for the art with us. Certainly subscribing and sharing with my friends. Keep it up… I’d like to see more views in your videos. Top great but it would be great to have some smaller pic in pics of other views too.
Wow! This sounds amazing! I'm very impressed. Great job young man! There's a band out there that's lucky as hell that you're their drummer. Or that you're going to be.
He’s damn good no doubt about it but there was only one Neil peart ive tried to copy that man for 30 years and it’s not easy or next to impossible. But damn fine job in the cover you have a true talent take care
I wonder if he is redoing the entirety of all the rush albums, because he has already redone Fly By Night, and he has almost finished Signals. When I say redone, I mean since he already did drum covers of all of the other songs \\
Sterling, I hope you don't mind, but I put up a guitar cover of this song using the audio from your video here. I gave you a well-deserved shout-out in the description because I LOVE your drum covers and often use them to practice Rush songs. Question-- would you be willing to maybe share the isolated drum recordings from your vids (without the album tracks blended in) for future covers, with full attribution and cross-promotion of course?! Thanks for all your great work here! - BigDancin
If you think you’re a great drummer play some Rush songs correctly and suddenly other bands drum parts seem simple
Aman
Very True

From 01:40 to 2 05 The Wuhan, The snare beat shift, Blah ,Blah, ... one of his Ten Best imho.
... and very nicely covered, keep playing!
This guy is the next Neil Peart
Hard work pays off in the end, and following the foot steps of Neil Peart is no easy task. Very impressive!
VERY well done. Great playing.
Excellent job, un saludo desde Argentina!
Thank you for riding the floor tom near the end. Great job
Sterling…your videos are incredible! Even Neil himself did some editing in the studio!!! Honestly…incredible talent you are. Well done.
Well done sir, Neil would approve 👍

Awesome...great job!! I saw Peart play this live a LONG time ago!!
BRILLIANT!!!
My man has the snare tone dialed the fuck in!!
Literally makes my heart skip a beat 😢
Terrific! Neil would have loved it
What brand of timbale do you use. It sounds pretty similar to Neils
He uses a Latin Percussion timbale
Beautiful!!
Very well done!
Nicely done.
Great Job!!

Once again, flawless. Great job, Sterling
Flawless as usual.

Love your covers, quick question how do you make or get RUSH drumless tracks? Thanks.
Where's our Rivendell Cover?

this guy should definitely cover Genesis' supper's ready
Very good
U need to hit those drums bro...its not candy lol
Neil would be proud 🫶
Fuc Yeah ! 👍🏽
Damn......
massive
What are you going to do when the Rush Discography has been completed? Other bands? Or just leave the legacy as it is? Maybe live stuff?
Learn them all backwards!
Cover the Geddy Lee solo album and the Victor album.
Make his own music?
moving onto Def Leppard songs, where he'll play with one hand.
@@MrSpandya22 : With all due respect to Rick Allen, none of his material is anywhere near Peart level.

Those tom fills are really tasty. Reminds me of "In the Valley", sort of (though I prefer that one to this, of course).
Neil never made any simple drum tracks did he?
Cover the musical box
How do you record the music?
which Lp timbale is that?
✨❤️✨
🇧🇷
Hopeful his snare work improves over time. Neils snare work was masterful, and now you see why.
