Everything in and around Delhi historically is corrupted and brutalised because of repeated occupation by invaders. Taj Mahal symbolize the epitome of loot and plunder by invaders. Real India starts south of Maharashtra. It is very difficult to explain to Foreigners the real India is not Taj Mahal or chicken tikka masala. We Indians worship simplicity of ancient temples and it's sculptures made out of local stones with the help of only hammer and chisel.

Well i can say you this , India is a vast country literally and Metaphorically. The cultures , traditions, festivals, people etc all are so good honestly it will take about half a year to fully understand india. Each city or state has its own fair share of speciality ....but the hospitality all around is just so welcoming and soul soothing. Honestly one thing I can assure you of your journey to india is that there's nothing much like it anywhere else in this world and the memories you both will make here will be there in you forever no matter where your next destination might be ...

I have been to Agra. The Taj Mahal is beautiful. The size and scope of it cannot be captured on video. You have to see for yourself. That being said, Agra has its challenges in how people get around. The infrastructure needs improvement for Agra to attract more tourists. Accommodations needs to be better. However, the people are very friendly. The food was so good. Thank You
