The 2023 Dundee Hooley torchlight procession through Dundee City centre, led by the Lord and Lady Provost. Behind them were Dundee City Pipe Band, playing Scotland the Brave, Rowan Tree, Bonnie Galloway and Flett from Flotta. They were followed by hundreds of people carrying their flaming torches, as they made their way to the City square outside Caird Hall.
