- In today's video I show you RZR steering wheel removal and RZR steering wheel install as well as how to remove steering wheel UTV. This is actually fairly easy if you have the right tools and takes about 30-45 minutes to do.

I really like the stock steering wheel on my RZR but being a slightly taller guy at 6'4" I wanted more leg room. The Assault Industries ballistic "D" shaped wheel claims to offer more leg room and a more professional feel being leather wrapped.
Now these steps work on the majority of side by sides, (SxS) including Polaris, Can Am, Kawasaki, Honda, Yamaha etc. Although some of the steps may differ slightly including the torque specifications for the wheel hub nut. But the basic removal and install of the steering wheel should be approximately the same.

Very helpful! For my 2018 RZR 900 S4 I found that it doesnt have those 2 small holes next to the large nut so I just jiggled the wheel lightly after the nut was removed and it popped right off. No steering wheel puller tool needed which was nice.

Slightly yes, but I actually have more leg room with this wheel which helps more.
How tall are you? I need more leg room and hope this will help.
