Why Wimbledon is most prestigious tournament who made it prestigious and oldest tournament
If it is that prestigious and biggest the officials should keep it 1 month after Clay court season for sure so that everybody gets chance to play it fully fit and healthy actually.
Djokovic is unrivalled at Wimbledon because the players will be tired and exhausted after clay court season.
Djokovic would win it easily against anybody as he is best at adapting to surface quickly then Nadal and other players.
      It should be fair for
      1. Clay court players
      2. Hard court players
      3. Grass court players
Wimbledon became landmark of Djokovic actually he is unbeatable and unrivalled at Wimbledon.
It looks like Wimbledon is created for Djokovic only.
I am extremely confident if they don't increase to 1 month Djokovic will win 3 to 4 Wimbledon titles for sure from 2023 to 2026.
Young players are good hard and Clay court players but not good grass court players for sure they are not able to adapt to grass quickly.
It should be held every 4 weeks and decrease 1 week for US Open simple
Djokovic shall see tough competition at Wimbledon for sure
Tennis season will be balanced for sure
Sorry 2 to 3 weeks is joke if people call it oldest and prestigious tournament for sure.
Just give 4 Wimbledon titles to Djokovic from 2023 to 2026 simple
The fight Federer,Nadal and Murray gives to Djokovic at Wimbledon no other player can give to Djokovic.
2021 and 2022 Wimbledon was boring and not fun like 2018 and 2019 Wimbledon for sure
2021 Wimbledon was held 2 weeks after French open because of Olympics actually
Djokovic is 7 time Wimbledon champion due to lack of rivals at Wimbledon as young players failed to excell at grass no serious threat to Djokovic at Wimbledon.
      Federer is old and injured
Nadal still developing on grass actually
Murray is struggling with hip injury.
      Djokovic is unrivalled at Wimbledon.
Berettini and Felix didn't reach the level to beat Nadal and Djokovic at Wimbledon in 5 set matches.
If Nadal loses 1 set again he will bounce back and win next set due to his mental strength and physical strength
3 weeks is working well for Nadal
Young players need 1 month recovery after French open simple or these two players will keep winning Wimbledon Titles only
Nadal didn't reach the level of Djokovic to beat him at Wimbledon.
Max he could reach semifinals or finals but not strong enough to win Wimbledon title because of Djokovic

Completely agree mate. Even Fed has been upset by big hitters like Berdych, Tsonga, Berdych and Anderson. But his overall consistency is so admirable. Never forget that Nadal didn't make Wimbledon QF's 2012-2017 (he was in his mid-late 20's so arguably his prime). Even Federer made the Quarters at the French at ages 34 and 37 (losing to the eventual winners both times - Stan and rafa). Federer is far more consistent than Rafa overall.

    • @geuros
      @geuros 5 лет назад +28

@@LennyTurner Fed is much more versatile. Just look at the distribution of their slams - Roger has 6/1/8/5, Rafa 1/12/2/3. That's 30% of Roger's slams AO, 5% RG, 40% Wimbledon, 25% US. Rafa has ~5.5% AO, ~66% RG, ~11% Wimbledon, ~17% US.

theres something about the guys who take out Nadal in early rounds, because it's rare that Nadal actually plays badly in these matches. Sure, Roger has occasionally gone out early in Wimbledon but it's been a bad day. Here, Nadal was *good*. Rosol was just off the charts. Same with a younger Kyrgios a couple years later.

Nadal was playing his average tennis at best, he also lost playing crap tennis to Darcis in 2013 and in 2015 to Brown to Pouille in 2016 US Open and Fognini 2015 US oPEN when he was two sets up and against Verdasco at the Australian open... The only matches in Wimbledon when he lost playing at a decent level were vs Kyrgios in 2014 and vs Muller in 2017, a match up anyone would have lost including Federer.

is Nadal injured anytime he loses? If he was injured, he shouldn't have started at all, if he got injured during the match in a way that doesn't allow him to play his best and win, he should've scratched. I'm tired of people constantly making excuses for an injury when Nadal loses. It needs a heavy hitter who will put pressure on every ball. Few players have balls for that. Rosol could do that because he had nothing to lose.
