Thank God for you sis. I just watched your video for the first time and rushing to get my own chapatis done . So yummy,so anointed .from a heart of gold, beautiful inside band out. God bless you abundantly .❤
May God bless you my child, the lord always comes first in everything you do,I am happy for you,God bless you mighty and powerful in everything you do,give things to God
Waaau, they really look to be testy. Iam trying this after watching the whole video. And I will testify for the glory of God. Thank you so much for loving God in every activity you do. 🙏
Update: I rolled the dough out a bit too thin. They came out soft yet a little crispy but they still tasted delicious! Ate 2 of them before I was done :-). Thanks again my Sister 😍 Thanks, am using this recipe tonight without the sugar!
Thank you so much for the video. How do you really regulate the heat, I made mine and they came out hard and crispy 🤦🏾♀️, was the heat to much or too low??
You're welcome Mackline. O I'm sorry about this. Usually I work with heat that is medium to low. I avoid working with either extremes - too high or too low. I will then let a chapati piece stay on the pan slightly less than a minute as it turns a slightly darker color. When I apply oil to both sides, I let it stay on one side again slightly less than minute, and the other side also slightly less than a minute- a total of at most 3 minutes or slightly less. Hope this will help as you regulate the flame.. Don't give up
Hi i just watched for the first time.. Really ve never cooked chapatis.... I only watched my mum do... 2023 i moved out of home and stay alone i wish to start learning cooking them i ve watched this video more times.. To follow the steps... How can i build my confidence in cooking ... I wish i was taught this 20 yrs ago....
☺️Wonderful to know you are interested. That's the first step. I would encourage you to start with a little.. a cup of water for example. Then reduce the ingredients to 1/4 of the recipe. Then keep adding ingredients as you perfect. With time, you'll become better and better. Thank you so much for watching! I trust all shall be well.
Hi good afternoon, today is my first time,oh that was nice, but we do make it in our country, but we give it a clap to flake and we call roti. I will try yours without clapping it,that was wonderful
I have never made it before but I tried today with your instructions, it is really so wonderful and all my bosses enjoyed it. But Thank you so much God bless you for not being selfish with ideas
Hi Ester, I'm really sorry I purposely didn't give the number of cups of flour because the different brands I use will almost always require different amounts of flour. Kindly work with the consistency of dough. Let it be a soft sticky dough. I hope this helps..
@@joanwanjiru4784 it's a measuring cup but it is closer in measurement to some of the smaller teacups that are between the big mugs and the small teacups in size. Since I'm not sure of your particular size, you could work with it to see whether the salt and sugar especially was enough then adjust accordingly. Hope this helps!
