    1. Turn early
    2. Lead with the chin
    3. Keep head spine line level, with no lifting or hyper extension
    4. Return quickly and smoothly to neutral
    Head and spine line stays perfectly still as the head turns with the rotation, through the non breathing stroke; to breath the head follows the shoulder, practice a sip of air and return to neutral.
