    Are you sure about the above?😊😊😊
    After doing the routine for a time, 30 minutes may be enough time. For me, 30 minutes is not enough at this time. Eventually, I will do better !

      For me this is just a warmup, after my warmup I usually train Aikido for 90 mins. For a total of 2 hours.
