Hello brother. Actually I'm in the very starting stage of my preparation but Ive noticed one thing that I would never listen to if I was an interviewer. That is you kept replying like yes sir you are correct and then answered to them so if they are the panelists, they've come there from a long way and they just require an answer from you and not if they are correct or wrong. And you completely slashing them with the reply that "I don't agree to the point of yours" is very rude tbh to say in an interview. If you don't agree to them then go for a diplomatic reply than to simply saying you're wrong. Keep yourself in the position of the panelists and analyse what you've done wrong and what you expect from the interviewee
The thing is every question they ask carries a weight. Balance Sheet is a core finance topic so it carries a lot of marks which you were unfortunately not able to answer. I suffered a similar fate during my IBPS PO interview last year as I unable to answer basic Balance Sheet questions and that resulted in a very bad interview score.
Dost vo question commerce and economics ki duniya ka sbse sasta, simple and core question hai. 11th clas k bcche se accounts ka teacher ummeed krta hai ki use ye pta ho. So it must have given a bad impression. But bro world Never ends here. Accept this. And move on with a bang. Life is happening everyday.❤

Iam really sorry, I couldn't clear phase 2 of last year and i again sincerely sorry for what iam going to say further, Question on accounts and financial statements holds alot of importance, probably not answering that would've had a negative impression on you .. But on the whole I've heard alot of transparency issues in rbi interviews. And one more thing to say, you're already employed in one of the core industries, i feel you're way above the central bank Cheers!

Interview is really biased. Only an extremely small percentage of women qualifiy for interview, but in the final list they are always overrepresented. It's like once they reach interview, they are most likely selected. There is always positive preference for women while rewarding interview marks. I'm not for or against it. It's something I've observed over the years
When you look at this from an organization pov Every org which doesn't need any creativity, and extreme soft skills or technical skills in their environment prefers women more. Just from my personal small data set, I have seen this trend. And also various organisations are doing this for diversity and various other BS.
When you're filling the phase-I form, you're are required to confirm that you've 'intimated' your organization that you've filled the form. No proof is required for this in Phase I and Phase II. In the interview, if you've already intimated then NOC is not required (Again, no proof of intimation is asked in the Interview). However, if you've not intimated then NOC is asked in the interview. So, yeah you can appear without intimating and without/with NOC. But, in either case, shall you be selected, you're supposed to get the release from your current organisation on time as per RBI policy. IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU FOLLOW THE PROPER PROCESS OF INTIMATING IN ADVANCE OR GETTING NOC AT THE TIME OF INTERVIEW FOR YOUR PEACE OF MIND.
