    The thing is, you took it right that your interview went average and this year average marks was 30-40. Decent interview got 50-60. Extraordinary interview got 60+ on the other hand previous years they were little easy goer in giving interview marks. Nevermind i too missed the final cuttoff by 3 marks just becoz of interview. My phase2 score is 188. We will meet next year bro. Have faith in almighty.❤

    Hello brother. Actually I'm in the very starting stage of my preparation but Ive noticed one thing that I would never listen to if I was an interviewer. That is you kept replying like yes sir you are correct and then answered to them so if they are the panelists, they've come there from a long way and they just require an answer from you and not if they are correct or wrong. And you completely slashing them with the reply that "I don't agree to the point of yours" is very rude tbh to say in an interview. If you don't agree to them then go for a diplomatic reply than to simply saying you're wrong. Keep yourself in the position of the panelists and analyse what you've done wrong and what you expect from the interviewee

    The thing is every question they ask carries a weight. Balance Sheet is a core finance topic so it carries a lot of marks which you were unfortunately not able to answer. I suffered a similar fate during my IBPS PO interview last year as I unable to answer basic Balance Sheet questions and that resulted in a very bad interview score.

    Iam really sorry, I couldn't clear phase 2 of last year and i again sincerely sorry for what iam going to say further,
    Question on accounts and financial statements holds alot of importance, probably not answering that would've had a negative impression on you .. But on the whole I've heard alot of transparency issues in rbi interviews. And one more thing to say, you're already employed in one of the core industries, i feel you're way above the central bank
    Cheers!

    Interview is really biased. Only an extremely small percentage of women qualifiy for interview, but in the final list they are always overrepresented. It's like once they reach interview, they are most likely selected. There is always positive preference for women while rewarding interview marks. I'm not for or against it. It's something I've observed over the years

      When you look at this from an organization pov
      Every org which doesn't need any creativity, and extreme soft skills or technical skills in their environment prefers women more.
      Just from my personal small data set, I have seen this trend.
      And also various organisations are doing this for diversity and various other BS.

    hey,
    mein kya NOC compulsory hai? agar NOC na ho..toh interview mein allow nei karenge?

    • @Ordinary_vibes.17
      @Ordinary_vibes.17  4 месяца назад

      When you're filling the phase-I form, you're are required to confirm that you've 'intimated' your organization that you've filled the form. No proof is required for this in Phase I and Phase II.
      In the interview, if you've already intimated then NOC is not required (Again, no proof of intimation is asked in the Interview). However, if you've not intimated then NOC is asked in the interview.
      So, yeah you can appear without intimating and without/with NOC. But, in either case, shall you be selected, you're supposed to get the release from your current organisation on time as per RBI policy.
      IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU FOLLOW THE PROPER PROCESS OF INTIMATING IN ADVANCE OR GETTING NOC AT THE TIME OF INTERVIEW FOR YOUR PEACE OF MIND.

But if we see it practically, you are going to be rbi officer, so it's better to do some banking related stuff, interview is all about how you can fool them, and pretend that you are the most deserving candidate.

      @@Ordinary_vibes.17 He went through a similar situation in the past. In 2019, he received only 15 marks out of 50, even though he was hoping for at least 35. The reason was that he couldn't answer just two questions correctly and assumed he would at least manage an average score. Unfortunately, he missed the final cutoff by just 0.5 marks and ended up being the third candidate on the waitlist. Frustrated by what he considered an unfair process, he didn't prepare further till 2022.
      And this case is similar to yours, bhaiya. Unfortunately, there isn't much we can do. All we can do is give our best in the next attempt, hoping that luck will be on our side for the final selection. Or can try your chances with other fair process exams like NABARD, SEBI, etc.

      This is a part of the phase 2 syllabus+ it is fundamental.
      Secondly, it flowed from the initial questions. 4 parameters to judge health of bank => GNPA/NNPA => Provisioning=> where is it in balance sheet

      @Mayurr009 10 месяцев назад

      @@Ordinary_vibes.17 The health of the bank could also be measured by 1. Balance Sheets which we generally say Fundamental analysis. 2. The CRAR and the other Provisions which the bank maintains as a buffer. 3. The different kinds of ratios like the Liquidity ratio, Profitability ratios, Turnover ratio etc. 4 . The operations and decision making of a bank during the financial crisis.
