The most important factor in scoring well in the RBI Grade B interview is to be confident and truthful in your responses. If you are unsure about an answer, it's best to admit it rather than attempt to fabricate one. The interviewers are skilled at detecting falsehoods.
As far as I know, 75-80% new recruits posted in Mumbai. The remaining can be posted anywhere depending upon requirement. But, Bangalore, Delhi, Jammu, Bhopal, Ranchi, Guwahati are the places that I've heard of. Possibility for Kanpur seems very less.
sir i am a ignou passout did my ug and pg from there only and i also have a gap year after 12th,will they be biased with my degree from ignouwhatever reason i give them or they will be neutral while accessing
Hi. The truth is that this will probably have a negative impact on your biodata. But, on the flipside, if you're able to answer decently in those 15 mins, it will instead help you in getting good marks. Because if you're from excellent academic background, the expectations of interviewers are also high. It's all about the gap between expectations and reality, if the gap is less=> high marks, if it's more => low marks.
Hi bhaiya, I have a gap year after my 12th, after the gap year I took admission in DU-SOL in bba course. Although I was preparing for ca foundtion in my gap year. Will this affect my interview procedure in future? I am really stressed thinking about this.
You have to give justification if they ask about it in the interview. Don't think about the past which you can't change but the future which you can definitely work upon. Work on your knowledge and communication skills and you should be good to go.
@@Ordinary_vibes.17 It seems the interview is very biased and they only want people falling in a certain bucket in this job.. If you don't fall in that bucket then no matter how hard you try you won't get anything
