      Hey buddy, it's my first time meeting you, and I’ve got just one request. You seem to connect with Pakistanis more naturally than most English speakers, capturing our vibes and instincts perfectly. It would be amazing if you could help the Urdu-speaking Gen Z develop their communication skills and influence others globally, just like you do.
      In simple terms, as someone once said, 'A true leader creates leaders, not followers.' I believe you can inspire the next generation to become leaders too.

    This video is a powerful reminder that transformation is not about changing who you are, but about unlocking potential that’s already within you. Overcoming deep-seated fears like social anxiety isn't instantaneous, but through persistence, self-reflection, and intentional practice, we can achieve growth beyond what we thought possible. Mastery comes not from being born confident, but from continuously stepping out of your comfort zone and believing in your ability to evolve.

    • @ronaik
      @ronaik 17 дней назад

      We are born with some skills and learn a few skills later. So it's not about unlocking every time, we can't unlock something that never existed. We put efforts into building and polishing these skills.

    Yasir's journey is a profound testament to the idea that our greatest strengths often emerge from our deepest vulnerabilities. His transformation from socially anxious to a master of public speaking demonstrates that fear and insecurity can be powerful catalysts for growth. Yasir shows us that the path to mastery isn’t about erasing fear, but about using it as a tool to push beyond the boundaries we’ve set for ourselves. His story proves that identity is not fixed-it’s shaped by the choices we make and the discomforts we’re willing to embrace.

      But this is an exception. This is rare. The majority of shy and ' problematic' people fail. He is such a rare example that we know him.

    • @ihteshamkhan4406
      @ihteshamkhan4406 3 месяца назад

      @@antoniocarlosrodriguescamp1497 By repeatedly placing himself in public speaking environments (e.g., Toastmasters), Yasir likely desensitized himself to the fear of speaking in front of others. Each successful exposure contributed to reprogramming his anxiety responses, shifting his internal narrative from "I am not good at this" to "I can succeed at this."
      This aligns with systematic desensitization, where incremental exposure to feared situations helps individuals gradually build confidence and reduce their anxiety. In Yasir’s case, his continuous participation in public speaking likely allowed him to overcome his social anxiety by altering his fear response to such situations.

    Sahas, you have a great podcast, and you’re doing a great job bringing speakers like Yasir to your program. Yasir, I have recently discovered you on YT. As someone who is very shy and have struggled with communication for a long time, you are an inspiration. I have learned so much from you by watching a few of your videos and this podcast. I wanted to specifically refer to the part where you talked about how you try to fit in with the group of your friends who would talk about sports and other topics you didn’t know about, and you said that is ok not to know about this things or having to contribute to every conversation and that they might not be the people you want to associate with. I feel that’s has been my case for a long time. I felt that I couldn’t fit in because of my lack of knowledge regarding certain topics that people talk about, and that’s why I would avoid or not make a lot of friends, but never occurred to me that I just had to find people I could relate to in other aspects. It really felt like a burden to deal with that, but thank you, this is very helpful. I feel so relieved now that I know this. You guys both got a new subscriber. Thank you so much !
