I need to play it - as you have played it before I buy it. Guess I'll need to take a long weekend in a city that has a piano shop that has one.
I like Kawai. Superb action. I have the MPse but a few keys are soft and a few are loud, and it's annoying and a mild issue with voicing. The "Virtual Tech" helps with the volume issues but the voicing adjustments are "NON-EXISTANT". It's there but does nothing to adjust the voicing (-5 to+5) Maybe the more expensive CA series are better, I hope so.
Hi Ted, I'm having a hard time choosing between this Kawai CA-701 and Yamaha's new release CLP-845. They are both on the same price point in my country. What would you recommend? I don't have the possibility to try both of them first, and I'm so confused.
Dear Ted.Oluf from Denmark. I love Roland app with all the music to learn. Im Thinking to bay Roland LX 5 in ork, but now im not sure. The Kawaii CA 701 got real tree om keyboard,, and have an wonderful sound. How is the Kawaii app, is there moch music there too? The price in Denmark is the same. Im 70 years old, and think it be the last el piano i will get. I play most piano, Bach prelunde inC major, starting on Beethoven Moonlight sonate. I not playing very fast, but love to play. What will you recommend?❤

I bought this piano about 2 months ago and it is amazing in every respect. Very happy with how it sounds and how it feels.
How do you like the touch? Played the 501 and 701 today... but the 701 seemed to be very light on the touch...
I'm not sure that power cable is supposed to be hanging down there.
