You will need to replace the whole flapper piece. That part number is DA97-23074A. You can order that through the website, or you can call us at 1-877-477-7278 to place the order over the phone.
We have a Samsung RF28NHEDBSG/AA that has a broken piece of plastic that is screwed (2 screws) in the top inside of the fridge between the french doors. It has a track that closes the left door flap. What is this part called? Thanks!

What is the little nob at the top of the flipper called? Mine has worn down and doesn’t shut anymore. I need to replace it, but I’m not sure if I can just replace that cap or if I have to replace the entire flipper.
Ty I had the bottom slide piece pop off. I just removed center caps & aligned the top & bottom , slid them both down. Put screws & caps back & now everything works great!!!
